There was something wrong with the app and it says that I already redeemed the offer but the app doesn't have anything in the previous order. The staff at the restaurant can't help me. The taste of The Habit Cheeseburger (Charburger with cheese) always fills me up when i am hungry. You cannot go wrong with the freshly cooked meat patty and white or American cheese. I often pair the burgers with yellow chili peppers. The grilled onions on the burgers really kick it up a notch, and in my opinion, they are slightly better than In N Outs grilled onions. The service is always fast and set to perfection. I never have any issues with this in particular location. You can fill your plate or to go bag with chili peppers or pepperoncinis near the drink machine. The restaurant is always clean and there is plenty of seating inside and outside of diner. Solid habit. This one have drive through. Convenient. Located in the plaza across from Target. Much better option than in n out when their line goes out the street. It is a bit more, but not by that much. Saves us time when we are in a rush. Food came out pretty fast. Wish they don't cover the fries though, so it doesn't get soggy. read more

I'm not happy with tonight's service. My visit at The habit was at 22:14PM drive thru. I am not sure if it was because of the time and day or maybe the employee was not having the best day. I do understand that customers service can get overwhelming but I was not a rude customer at any time. From the moment I started my order the employee was a bit rude. He just did not sound very nice and helpful, it seemed like he was bothered. I kept it very calm. I go to the register and same thing. At the end the other employee female handed the food to me because he was no longer there. He stepped away. But I get home and had already spoke with my sister about the service to see if maybe it was just me. Unfortunately we agreed that it was not the best service. Food did not look good. It seemed like they reheated my sandwich and it was soaked in butter. The only thing that looked fresh was the lettuce. My sister's Burger did not look good, it looked burnt and she also did not eat. The only thing we enjoyed from there was the Onion Rings. We ended ordering at Pizza Hut because we tried calling the location and it was closed. I want my money back. First time trying this Habit Burger location in Baldwin Park. I usually go to the one in West Covina or Rosemead as close alternatives. Good to know they've opened up close to my neighborhood. Place has really got some serious competition. Across the street there is a McDonald's, Raising Canes, Jack in the Box, and further down a Wendy's. It's like the fast food grouped here. Not to mention, In-& Out is just down the street. Came in the the evening for my usual, a Char Burger with Onion rings. Service was meh. Could be better. The workers were busy chatting amongst themselves. Next time I will order through the app or by machine to avoid having to get a worker's attention. The parking situation here is decent. If you want to grab and go without leaving your car, they do have a drive thru. There is seating inside and outside. Though the outside looks pretty dim. It's an ok habit burger, but there are better locations. read more

Was craving a burger yesterday and ordered this for delivery through Postmates. I got the Santa Barbara char which tasted amazing with the sour dough bread and avocado, but it refused to stay together. I had to try and stagger the two patties so I could get meat with every bite instead of just bread near the ends, but the avocado made everything slide around and caused the burger to fall apart. I would definitely come back and get it again, but I think I'd rearrange it a little more carefully next time. read more

I've tried this place several times and each time my burger craving isn't completely satisfied for some reason. My go to is either the Santa Barbara or the double char. Both end up being really messy. The fries - are always soggy and greasy (that's probably why I'm not satisfied with the meal), The employees always place the napkins right on top of the fries, so we end up with no napkins (maybe they need to attend the University across the street to learn the basics). They need to change the recipe for the fries though - I think that's the weakest link in the meal. The staff in the drive thru is always nice and pretty quick. Prices are on par with your other fast food burger places. If the line at the other place is too long, this is definitely my next stop. read more

Alright, so I've been back to this place 3 times, since my first review which went well, but it's been down hill after that, of the last 3 visit, they got my order wrong twice, very frustrating to find your order messed up when you get home. Not sure what the problem is, you see ticket, make what's listed on the ticket, place item in bag & give bag to the correct customer. Not sure if it's carelessness or incompetence. Besides the orders being wrong, today's order costed almost $28, grill chicken sandwich was decent, but my Portobello burger was small, my fried green beans only had 6 green beans, my sons order of green bean had 7, we were hoping that there was some spilled green beans at the bottom of the bag, but unfortunately, no green beans in the bag, what we got is what we got! Also included in our order was a small drink. Not sure which is worse, over priced cost for underwhelming amount of food, or constantly getting your order wrong. I usually order the grilled chicken sandwich on a ciabatta roll and sourdough bread. I usually like the latter instead of the former. I order it with grilled onions and portabello mushrooms. Generous serving of chicken and toppings. I have ordered the sweet potato fries but I cannot have them every time. The server takes my order and they give you a buzzer to let you know when they have your order ready. All there items are cooked to order so you'll have to be patient even in the drive through. Habit Burger is one of my favorite burger chains and this one doesn't disappoint. This is the newest location in Baldwin Park but it's also one of the smallest. They do have outdoor seating and indoor seating. The indoor seating isn't much though and it feels really cramp. If I can recall, this is also one of the few Habit Burger with a drive through as well. The food itself is good, no different from any other Habit Burger. Delicious and well done. French fries were tasty as well, only thing is that portion sizing for the french fries seems less than others. Other places are much more generous with the french fries. I placed my order on the app and my food was ready before I got there so no long wait there. It was a bit confusing where to pick up the food though, there's a shelf in the middle of the seating area, other habits is at the counter. read more

I am seriously appalled at my interaction with one of the employees today during lunch. I placed a pick up order, specifically mentioned "add ranch." I get my order, open the bag and no ranch. I went up to the employee and asked for a ranch. Her quick response was "we charge for ranch" and I said "I requested add ranch on my order." In a very nasty manner she responded with, "I put it in the bag" (basically that she packed the bag and I was wrong) and I responded with "no you didn't." She responded with something along the lines of basically go look in the bag. Excuse me?!?! But what kind of customer service is that. It was half a container of dressing at that and they don't give you utensils unless you ask for them now apparently. Evelyn, the Asst Manager, was so gracious when she took our order. She was very professional and friendly. This place is shiny clean! The restrooms are super clean and taken care of. Love the drive thru for quick service when you don't want to get out of the car. This is a first in the area that a Habit has drive through. The interior has a few tables, but the great seating is in the patio! Lots of tables and 2 order kiosks and they have a pass through window to the outside, you never have to go inside! They thought of everything! Original Charburger - traditional burger with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo & cheese - delicious! Teriyaki Charburger - grilled pineapple & Teriyaki sauce on the traditional burger - my usual & still a fave! French fries - medium cut fresh fries - yum! Love the food but service is lacking. Picked up lunch through drive thru. Ordered an ice cream come that fell in my lap. When the employee came back to the window, I was upset and told her what happened. Her response was "lower your voice or I'll refuse service and get my manager" I said "Good, call your manager" manager came to window asked what the issue was. I explained including how rude her staff was. She gave me a new cone in a cup and apologized. They also didn't give me my drink. Tried calling location to let them know however that option is not available. So not only did I leave with a mess on my lap, I was also left without a drink. Never again I ordered the family meal bundle the 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 burgers I asked for the sauce on the side for the chicken sandwiches but guess what the sauce was put on the sandwiches paid for extra avocado on one of the chicken sandwiches did not get that I asked for no grilled onions on one of the burgers guess what there was grilled onions. The green beans I ordered weren't crispy I asked for them to be crispy but they weren't at all Also another thing why would you not give cup holders for 2 drinks or more then get upset when I ask for one... I spent about 55 dollars on this meal and I didn't get what I asked for. They didn't read the modifications at all they should learn how to read the tickets Funny part is that when you pay through the app it asks if you want to tip normally I would so glad I didn't tip this time read more
