My family and I stayed at their Jr. King Suite for 5 nights to attend an event at my school. I was a bit excited to stay here despite of some negative reviews because there were some good reviews too, but on our 2nd day I've noticed something.... Something is seriously wrong with this place and this is the first time I experience this with a Hilton hotel. My digital key doe work at the visitor parking garage and the pool or maybe at certain areas too so we ended up requesting an actual key card at the front desk. They need to do a major revamping with housekeeping. My son had a nosebleed the 1st morning we stayed there so I called at the front desk around 10:30am to request the mattress protector, bed sheet and 2 pillowcases replaced...nobody came. We left our room to go somewhere and followed up at the front desk in person about our request around 1:30pm, and we left the souled linens outside our room. The same front desk I talked to on the phone said she will followup. We came back to our room around 6pm and saw that housekeeping picked-up the soiled bedding so we expected new ones inside but much to our surprise, there were NONE. My husband called the frontdesk and talked to Andrew and requested again.....we waited for a while, and after about an hour we decided to just go downstairs in person to see what's going on. Andrew told us the housekeeping is done for the day so we were surprised since we've been asking for that pretty much the whole d*mn day and housekeeping didn't even have the common sense to check our room when they picked up the soiled bedding! Andrew told us he will send their personal assistant to help us and this man did show up and here comes the funny but not so funny part. He arrived with 3 bed sheets. So I added 2 pillowcases, 1 towel and a mattress protector. He said 10 min. He came back w/ 2 blankets, a set of towels (ok fine I'll take it) and as soon as he handed me the folded mattress protector I told him that it's not a king size. You know what he told me? "It stretches, IT WILL FIT" I kid you not these staff probably think I'm an idiot or something.....these beddings have sizes for a reason! I took it.....stretched it as much as I can to show everyone how st*pid the situation was and yes I took a picture of it to show everyone that they think it was one size fits all omg.....well it did fit though in the end...with some muscle. I will not recommend this specific hotel just because of housekeeping service. The room we had has nice bright views in the morning, pool water was nice and warm, small guest laundry room (2 washers and 2 dryers) so if the hotel is fully booked, good luck with your laundry if you're a light packer and tends to do laundry at the hotel..... May 11, 2025 - @ 12:57pm, there was a knock at our room and it was someone from housekeeping (the same person who gave me the double size mattress protector for a king sized mattress) asking if we're checking out this day, in my head I was like "what??!!!! why are you asking me??! are you not supposed to go/call the front desk and double check on that yourself?" Anyways I told him we check out the next day. I also noticed housekeeping's rack has a lot of vandalism on them, Sharpie writings. I'm still giving 2 stars because some of their staff at the breakfast area were really nice and we had a great conversation with them.

I'm writing this review about the Warren Duck Club in the Doubletree Hotel. Years ago, the Warren Duck Club was THE place to go to when you wanted to dress up and have a fancy meal. We had not been probably in 20 years, but last week my friend heard that they had some really nice Christmas decorations so we decided to dress up and go with our husbands (they are not as big on dressing up but they did!). The whole experience was really odd, quite laughable actually  The restaurant was not crowded at all and this was a Saturday night in mid December. We had reservations but I guess we really didn't need them. We were quickly seated and given some seasonal menus. There was not that much to choose from and when we asked, they gave us some other dinner menus but those didn't have that much on them either. We ended up mostly ordering from the seasonal menu. Some of us ordered drinks and it took 55 minutes to get them. Two people got margaritas and they were not that good, pretty sweet. They said something about the bar being far away. We were never really sure who our server was. Lots of people attempted to help and they seemed anxious and scattered. My husband and I split the Caesar salad and they brought out 2 huge salads. They told us to watch out, because the plates were hot! Hot for a Caesar salad? That was strange. But the salad was actually very good. It took forever for our friends to get their salad, and when they finally did, they brought the dressing out in 2 packets! Ugh, and the dressing's #1 ingredient was soybean oil. Just not what you would expect for a fancy restaurant. I had ordered the short ribs, and so did my friend's husband. My short ribs came out with my friend's chicken, but the other short ribs didn't come out for quite some time. My husband's cod came out way later too. I will say the food was really good when we finally got it. We overheard two couples by us and they were telling the waiter they didn't want 2 of the entrees because they were too late and they had just all shared the first two entrees. We ended up talking to the 2 couples and they were headed elsewhere for more drinks and dessert. The servers were friendly but something was just really off. The atmosphere was unkept. I will say the food was really good once we got it. I think the Warren Duck club could be great again, and I don't like writing a negative review. It does have potential and we were happy with what we got. Maybe it was just an off night. They did say they had about 80 people the night before for a party. So we may be willing to try it again. We just laughed about everything and still had a fun night.

I didn't get to stay..... Soooo, I had my mouth all ready for a warm cookie! I wanted to try the new vegan cookie...yassss! Cookie monster...nummm...numm...nummmm Welp, I arrived to check-in at about midnight. I had no worries, as I am a Hilton diamond member. I reserved on the app in advance - as I always do. Once I entered and found theb front desk, the employee stated there were no rooms available. For a reserved, paid in advance room? I am confused, tired, and I want my cookie and bed. The employee seemed not to care much, no apology, nothing. Contacting Hilton was even worse. I decided to cancel my membership and spend my hard earned dollars where they are appreciated.

Nice room, too bad it was freezing in there and when you turn off the AC, it automatically comes back on at 65degrees.

I came back to this hotel because I remembered it had a sauna, hot tub, and a nice pool! Unfortunately the sauna has been closed for over four years, yet it is still advertised on hotel booking websites. I booked this hotel specifically for my an overdraft weekend and was looking forward to a little sauna action. They should at least take "sauna" off the websites, so people will know and not be disappointed. The room was very clean, and the bed was somewhat comfortable although I did feel like I roll towards the middle of the bed in the middle of the night. When it comes to the air-conditioning, it was freezing in my room. I tried on multiple occasions to change it to the heater mode, or just to turn it off, but it comes back on automatically and is set to very low temperature of 67°. This wouldn't have been a problem if I wasn't just getting over a cold and wanted to have a room that wasn't freezing. The room does have a mini fridge and that was useful. On our second night there was a very loud room across the hall playing music and having a party I assume. It was about 11:30pm when I could hear other neighbors coming out of their room to tell them to quiet down. Eventually they went to bed and it was quiet. Overall it was nice and I enjoyed the free cookies, but I'll try a different hotel next time.

Checked in here on Friday April 14th, 2023 with a check out date of Monday April 17th, 2023. I booked through my Hilton honors account I have the friends and family discount through them, I booked the room a few months before coming along with my flights, I came from vegas for my best friends baby shower I arrived at exactly 2pm to the hotel, I walked up to the counter and was greeted and advised that my room was ready. Then the girl says it's $25 to check in early, I looked at her and laughed and said no I'll wait, I've never had to pay extra for a hour or even 45 minutes now earlier than that absolutely. Even living in Las Vegas we do not charge you for an hour and I say we because I'm a manager at a hotel on the strip. The room was on the 3rd floor facing the front of the property the room is very nice and upgraded all new carpet and furnishings, you can smell it as soon as you walk in, very spacious and clean. Nice size tv. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is no housekeeping unless requested that seems to be the norm now, everywhere I have traveled it is the same when it comes to housekeepers. They even have in room dining. The menu begins at 5p and ends at 11p, and has a good variety of items from chips and salsa to pizza to burgers. I decided to have dinner here Saturday night at the bar with a few drinks. Marietta the bartender was very pleasant and kind always checking on me and asking if I needed anything else. The crowd around the area was a bit obnoxious and loud and there were kids everywhere running around. I guess there was a soccer game going on and their were a bunch of kids in town. Overall I had a good stay here, I would stay again the next time I'm in town, but next time I'll be sure to not check in until exactly 3.

Decorations, Butternut Squash Soup OMG, short ribs and other entrees.

Dinner at the Warren Duck Club, the grounds, and the Christmas decorations throughout the entire hotel, are stunning, beautiful, and make for a perfect night out during the holidays. We came for dinner, and from the moment we stepped into the hotel. I was transported into a holiday state of mind. It's worth going in just for the decorations, but the meal was fantastic. I had the short ribs on a butternut squash purée with greens and the ribs were tender tasty and did not disappoint. The butternut squash soup is worth going for alone and the service was impeccable. Don't miss this restaurant over the holidays.

I am super glad my athletic department chose this hotel! With the down allergy ... The hotel staff got me feather free pillows in room as I called down to get them switched out. Check in went semi - smoothly and I was warmly greeted and quickly processed. In town for a work of state basketball tournament and this place was .8 miles from the arena...the right location and the right price indeed! Elevators are slow - FYI The room was clean the comfort of the bed was just right and overall was a great experience. Water pressure in the shower was exhilarating! (Room 518) This crew works as a team and you can tell someone takes pride in providing a great experience. The staff should be commended! Thank you Double Tree warren place Tulsa for the weekend lodging. I will definitely look to stay here again! Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City

This one, though, missed the mark in a few spots. But first, the good... I'll start with the front desk staff, who were always friendly and greeted me upon each arrival and departure. They even mailed some postcards for me, which was really nice. The hotel is also really conveniently located. It was a short drive to almost everywhere I needed to be. In fact, if the weather hadn't been so chilly I could even have easily walked to most downtown places I visited. Now for the "meh"... My room, located on the 7th floor, had a lovely view. Other than that, it was run down and could have used a refresh. Also, housekeeping never showed up after my first night, even though I was gone most of the day. Not really sure what happened there. They did clean it the next day, though. But back to my room: from a lampshade that looked like it had been sat on to strange brown stains on the wall that had me thinking a lot about those true crime podcasts I used to listen to, not to mention the exposed wires in the wall thermostat, it gave 1-star dive hotel in many ways. The walls were pretty thin, too, and I could smell/hear the folks in the room next to me. Luckily, they put away the joints and the music pretty early in the evening, but it still detracted from the overall experience. Parking was also really weird here. The desk clerk had advised I park at the garage next store, which I did on the first night. Folks, this place was CREEPY with a capital CREEP. I especially advise against parking there if you're a solo female. And while my car was ultimately fine, navigating the enclosed stairwell and abandoned office building lobby with no visible exits just to get out of the place was not my vibe. After night one, I just used the outdoor lot next to the hotel. It was only slightly safer feeling, as it was occupied by some semi-shady characters, but at least there were various options to exit without feeling like I was trapped in an amusement park funhouse. On my last trip to Tulsa, I stayed at the nearby Tulsa Club hotel (also a Hilton property), and if/when I return I'll choose that spot again rather than the Hampton.

My room did not get completely dark, because my room backed up to the parking lot and restaurants behind the hotel, where there were some light poles. Though the curtains are blackout, the light still seeped in from the top of the curtains. I was still able to get sleep. I just would have preferred a darker room.
