I knew that Kimmi was staying so I got my lashes and waxing done by her ... she is a lovely honest kind sympathetic intelligent hard working woman ..., she has a real talent for lash extensions and body waxing ... i went there the second time and had to book in with a woman called Vaun ... this woman is a nightmare, bad attitude and did a HORRIBLE job on my lashes !! it also took her two hours ... I was exhausted by the time I left ... I went home and called her the next day and told her that the lashes were WAY too long, she disagreed and said she measured them and that's how they are supposed to be, I asked her to trim them for me and she refused, said the next time she would make them shorter ... I should have told her there would NOT be a next time ... I was furious !! I managed to find Ninni & Kimmi and went up to the new salon in Sage Hill and it was definitely worth the drive as Ninni did an excellent job on my lashes !!! DO NOT go to Oceans Nails as Vaun is literally a NIGHTMARE to deal with and had 0 zero talent .,,

My second visit, I was greeted with "got an appointment?" - by the fellow I had an appointment with and who I had previously seen! I was not impressed with the treatment I received. I absolutely did not feel welcomed. I did tip well, even though the nail fill wasn't great - I was not thanked or asked if I wanted to rebook. A few nails are crooked - I was told "no one will see that but you" What? Who's paying for this? Considering the atmosphere and what I felt was an unwelcoming salon, I will not be going back.

They are friendly, help lift my legs when they see I am struggling & ALWAYS do an amazing job. I get the full treatment with massaging of feet/calves which I need & try not to sleep. And their massage chairs are great for my back. The staff are kind hearted & pay attention to detail. Prices are great! I have been going for a few years & discovered a hidden gem. Thanks guys!
