Seeing his smirk attitude I told him I would never shop here again and I would let everyone know what horrible customer service I had experienced. He repeated multiple times that he had nothing to do with Groupon. I commented it was warm in the showroom and he replied "Well I can't control the sun" He is a miserable person that should not be in customer service for any business much less a manager.
