Lol free New Years present from Double Dragon! Weird but very nice pillow. Thank you!
Kamilee P.

Always loved this place for a long time. There food is always amazing and I know they care about cleanliness and flavor! They always have great customer service and give freebies! I wasn't planning on making a review bc it's generally known in Union how great Double Dragon is, but I had to when I received a free knee pillow as a New Years present! You can really tell they care about their customers when they do stuff like this. What other Chinese food place does this? Not gonna lie I thought it was weird at first but my cousin's bf posted it on the Union forum and about 10 people replied saying they also got one! To everyone's surprise it was actually a really high quality pillow and we use it often. So in summary: great food, great prices, great customer service, great FREEbies!!! Thanks Double Dragon (check out the photo of the pillow!)

Driving by, we saw this Chinese Restaurant along Morris Ave., Union. We ordered their Special Lunch. Shredded Pork w/black bean sauce and Chicken with broccoli. Special Lunch include Soup, rice, Hot Tea. Serving is average and priced moderately. Have few tables for dine in and long counter with bar stools. Order takes awhile, they cook it from scratch. Food is delicious and cooked well fresh. Food is just regular Chinese for American taste buds. Not fancy. Nothing special or out of extra ordinary. They moved to this new location from Footlocker strip mall about a mile away. They have neutral gender bathroom. No changing table. If you're in the area, on a tight budget, starving and craving for Chinese food. Try to drop by and pick up your fave Chinese food.

Ordered from here tonight, not my first time but definitely my last. The man that delivered our food was very aggressive, he yelled at me because I was unable to tip him. I did not have any cash on me. He would not leave my porch despite me closing the door and continued yelling outside. Then got in his car and repeatedly honked his horn before leaving. I wont be ordering from here again.

Picture of the side of Double Dragon. Plenty of parking (they have their own lot).

Great chinese food. The general TSO chicken is great and they even have brown rice. Super fast delivery time.

Do not eat at this restaurant. Here 's my warning…read more This place is having a major identity crisis. They are in the process of merging restaurants so we received several menus but were told that not all items were there and that there are some repeats and that all the prices were going to be different. Next, within a minute of sitting down, the waitress very seriously yelled at a young child we had with us about using chopsticks. This kid knows how to use chopsticks and uses them at home. She was excited to see them and be able to use them at a restaurant. The waitress then belittled us for allowing that. She was an extremely nasty person and ruined the entire experience. We resisted the urge to walk out and now have regrets about it. She felt awkward about how we received her criticism, so she pet the child's head and called her a pretty girl. The place is decorated with Christmas presents and bells (it's May). I wish that was the most insulting thing. We were the only ones in the restaurant the entire time. (That should have been our first sign). If you didn't want people to eat there, just close the inside and do just take out. As soon as we were sat she asked what we wanted and wouldn't leave until we asked her to. She came back with drinks a minute later and wouldn't leave again so we ordered a couple appetizers just to buy more time in deciding our dinner. She continued to belittle us and made eating incredibly awkward. We received our entree before we were done eating the appetizer, so I guess she wanted us to leave as much as we wanted to leave. The sushi was surprisingly good. Which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. I just felt so uncomfortable eating here that I didn't enjoy much of it at all.

Qsina 8 in Union, NJ, is an acclaimed Filipino-Asian fusion restaurant. Diners and costumers like…read moreme praise the authentic homestyle dishes, standout flavors, generous portions, and exceptionally very friendly and warm service, though some of my companions note a plain ambiance and higher price points ( for me their pleasing food quality and taste outweighs the price ). The Chicken Sisig, Palabok, pork BBQ and sizzling Biko with ice cream are a must-try from the food menu. The appetizers, like the piping hot vegetable lumpia and their humongous portion of Halo-halo as dessert are highly recommended by me and other reviewers. When we dined at this place, the whole staff gave me a feeling as if I was eating at an aunt's house, with the owner and staff providing very welcoming, family-style care. I have been living in NY for more than 30 years, have already eaten in so many low and high-end Filipino restaurants, in terms of food quality and taste, I may say this by far is the best that I have experienced. If given the chance to be in New Jersey again, I will definitely, 100% be back to this place for their delicious and flavorful food. Some of my companions point out that the seating area is relatively small, which can lead to limited availability during peak times, and a few note the interior decor is fairly plain but it did not matter to me because the food that I ordered/tried were great and amazing (properly spiced, cooked very well and soooooooo delicious!! ). Food portions are generous, presentation was appetizing and excellent, staff service was attentive and great ( I noticed that our water glasses were always filled up which is a service very consistent in so many high-priced restaurants that I have been ). Table setting is good, food utensils and plates were very clean ( yes, I checked it! ). I am extremely satisfied with my food experience and the hospitality of the owner and their staff in this Filipino restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!!!

I have given this place a few tries they were much better the first time around but this time…read morearound I decided unfortunately it's not for me . Service wasn't that great and we were the only customers there at the time then other guest staggered in . I'm all for restaurants thriving and always wish them luck but holy cow prices are crazy average appetizers are $16.50 or more and entree dishes are $25 or more for serving sizes and flavors are really lacking in a lot of dishes . Lechon was cut thinner not the usual big chunks and the oil tasted old and was greasy . Sinigang with the Baboy was very underwhelming the Baboy wasn't boiled down enough . The sisig has too much of a soy sauce taste and way too much mayo on top . The chicharron bulaklak was okay could have used a bit more seasoning and seemed to be a popular item that day . The BBQ stick was decent but not for $18 . Being Filipino myself I know everyone has their own way of making certain dishes so people may like it but in my opinion I've had better at a few other spots . Wishing them all the best .
