Tom was originally responsive, thorough, and generally appeared to know his stuff. We had him do…read moreseveral jobs for us. The last included changing out a front door, which had a wired Ring doorbell next to the door frame. Once the door had been installed, we realized that power was not going to the Ring. We now have to take off the Ring periodically to charge it up-very inconvenient! When we reached out to Tom, he kept putting us off. It's been almost three months with no resolution. After texting him numerous times, he'd always respond with an excuse as to why he didn't or couldn't make it. Communication is horrible!! We are VERY disappointed in how things ended. He was not willing to come out to fix his mistake. Although he may tell you that he guarantees his workmanship, don't believe him. Definitely won't be giving his name out to others!!
