He came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. His estimate was very reasonable. He was the only contractor to show me his insurance paperwork without being requested to do so. Also, unlike some companies, he didn't refuse the job because it was 'too small.' He and his team did the work on the scheduled date. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up. My shrubs look great now. I will definitely use them again.

I also checked out some reviews on Google and took a look at photos of previous work before I scheduled them to do the work for me. I might add that since they were aware I was getting multiple bids, they did everything possible to schedule the work in the same week they came out to provide their estimate. They were punctual, extremely courteous, and brought some impressive heavy equipment to complete their job. I was extremely pleased at how quickly and efficiently they got the job done, and would not hesitate to hire them again. Highly recommended.

He came out and listened to what I needed and was able to make suggestions. He took the time to walk all of my property and explain what was needed to fix my drainage issue in my backyard. Not only did he and his team fix the issue but also made the fix look really nice and reseeded my back yard as well. Josh is great and really cares about his customers. His entire team worked hard and did a fantastic job. A pleasant group of young men. I will be using JK Landscaping again to do some decorative landscaping and replace my fence in the future. The photos, taken after a rain storm, show the area that used to be a "pond" after every rain. No more pond!

Chad immediately reached out, we had a quick call to learn more, and in just a couple days he was able to stop by my house and take basic measurements. For no charge, he was able to give me a ballpark in costs for some options to my backyard, which is all I really wanted at this stage and it has been so helpful. He provided some amazing backyard options that I had not considered before that are likely more in my budget than my original plan in my head! This conversation was so helpful, and I'll update my review as the project continues later this spring.

The representative that came out. Gave a budget between 5kand $7000 ( which I felt was reasonable for what I was asking) took pictures of the entire property, the back of the house, etc. etc. and then never returned. There was no follow up. We did not get a reason for the lack of communication and certainly did not get any information on the needs that we wanted taken care of in the spring of both immediate and in spring of 2026. We were willing to pay what they asked with cash. Many assumptions can be made about the reason for ghosting a potential customer with cash in hand. In our case, I would say the most likely reason was, we didn't meet the average local demographic. What other the reason would a company give you a quote, then abandon you when it came time to schedule the work and collect payment. I strongly recommend finding a company that values' sales no matter what the demographic and that is not biased.
