Chad immediately reached out, we had a quick call to learn more, and in just a couple days he was able to stop by my house and take basic measurements. For no charge, he was able to give me a ballpark in costs for some options to my backyard, which is all I really wanted at this stage and it has been so helpful. He provided some amazing backyard options that I had not considered before that are likely more in my budget than my original plan in my head! This conversation was so helpful, and I'll update my review as the project continues later this spring.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called for a quote. Asked them to install a gate at the end…read moreof the driveway as well as take a look at the property for other landscaping needs. The representative that came out. Gave a budget between 5kand $7000 ( which I felt was reasonable for what I was asking) took pictures of the entire property, the back of the house, etc. etc. and then never returned. There was no follow up. We did not get a reason for the lack of communication and certainly did not get any information on the needs that we wanted taken care of in the spring of both immediate and in spring of 2026. We were willing to pay what they asked with cash. Many assumptions can be made about the reason for ghosting a potential customer with cash in hand. In our case, I would say the most likely reason was, we didn't meet the average local demographic. What other the reason would a company give you a quote, then abandon you when it came time to schedule the work and collect payment. I strongly recommend finding a company that values' sales no matter what the demographic and that is not biased.

We decided on Pitzer because he answered all of our questions clearly and explained all the steps to bring our yard back to health. He showed up the days he said he would (weather on our side) and did absolutely everything he promised would be done. We have a large front yard that required setting up four hoses attached to four tripods. He came back twice to adjust the tripods and explained the watering process importance to us. He comes back out two weeks after the initial seeding to see how it is doing and add any seed if necessary. We could not be more pleased with his skill and his service. Would recommend him to anyone serious and willing to work the steps to get a great replacement lawn. Richard and Vicki Stoddard Columbus, Ohio
