Walked down a few blocks and found exactly what I needed plus lunch (sub sandwich for just $8.99, chips and diet coke). Found out that they make breakfast sandwiches and only $3.55 for egg, cheese and bacon on a roll. Add to it the owner is great! It only makes me want to go there more often. Just nice I don't have to hop into my car or use an on-line shopping service for a couple of items.

So onward to the next gas station and again no luck. In the distance, there was Stewart's Shops. Something about their branding really speaks to me. I pulled up to their machine to find it in complete working order and unexpectedly free! No fumbling for coins, or feeling uneasy about using the card reader. They have so many variety of options. Fresh fruit beverages waters are a lot of times on sale, breakfast sandwiches and pretty decent pizza for the price. Although I still haven't had the breakfast pizza. The ice cream is always good and for the first time I tried their smoothie which consisted of apple juice and a frozen banana and strawberry pack, which was very simple but pretty delicious and again at a great price. I definitely suggested to whoever has not tried it. The importance with Steward is that it's pretty consistent and what I've had so far it's typically the case and hello people it's apple cider donut time.:))

Can't count days and pills anymore First a prescription was out of date when it was only 30 days old. So I got a new one in.50 dosage but the didn't have it either. Too much to explain. They have one teenager handling all the windows and drive thru. She was overwhelmed. The manager a Jamaican women who said it was out of date was screaming across three aisles in front of 10-15 customers about my medication. Then a guy whose been there awhile put the original prescription one in that was out of date and lo and behold it went thru medication 3 days late which was clonopin who's has bad withdrawal symptoms. No apology or anything. I have to use Walgreens so now I will go to the one in highland.only difference was the manager.

The last time I purchased a buttered roll at the other Stuertz I couldn't find any butter on it. So I discreetly asked if there was actually butter on this one he said yes, but they have a measured amount. Of course, that makes sense I purchased it went to the car, opened it up and could barely find a New York Schmear. I'd rather they just charge me an extra $.50 and give me some butter on my buttered roll. That's the only downside to today's quick stop

Seems like a miserable person who wants to spread her misery to other. The store's shopping staff run you over with their carts with rarely an "excuse me" if they passing you: you're just in the way. When someone is helpful it's a pleasant surprise. They have a monopoly here and get away with abusing and cheating customers with their high prices. When I can I go to Shop Rite in New Paltz, but that is no joy either, except that the prices are lower.
