His tone escalated, he began talking back, breathing heavily, and acting irritated, as if my questions were an inconvenience rather than a normal part of the repair discussion. To make matters worse, when I calmly pointed out that his behavior was inappropriate and that I planned to speak with a manager and Allstate, he dismissed my concerns entirely and said I could "complain to anyone I wanted."
