With that being said, when I do check out a new brewery, I am a bit more critical. RockSolid Brewing is indeed rock solid when it comes to its beers. While there were no real standouts, they were all easy to drink and enjoyable. The Linger Longer Lager was crisp and clean, but lacked some depth. The Beez Knees was a very easy to drink blond ale. Phenomena was a very decent IPA. My favorite beer of this visit was the Summer of The Cicada shandy, a tasty wheat beer and lemonade brew. The brewery is big and fairly spartan and could benefit from a makeover. Service was great and super friendly. Great place to hang out if your hanging out in Ball Ground.

We enjoyed the local art on the walls and all the activities that this Brewery sets up for locals on nearly each day of the week. I love that it attracts runner with a Humpday 5k! The fries remained crispy throughout, and the whole thing had a great balance of flavor. 10/10 would recommend. Don't skip this app! The server was attentive, and when I was undecided, she suggested that I try the pulled pork grilled cheese. Since it was a lunch special, she told me I could get that in whole or half. I opted for half since we had such a big appetizer, and was glad to have that option. My daughter ordered the kids' mac and cheese with fries. The sandwich I ordered lived up to the hype.
