Walking in the door the doctor hard as I started to explain about the glasses Danny vision had messed up and would not fix or refund and he came immediately over and asked how he could help. They were very helpful and made my mother feel so much better and now they have another customer who will be going back. Was told by receptionist that they do not do extractions. Ummm...what? Website states emergency services available...including EXTRACTIONS! Receptionist said I need to call an oral surgeon. Receptionist didn't get my name, what tooth was causing issues...nothing. So I called Metro Oral Surgery. They did not have an appt until the end of the month (today is May 7) and surgery not available until June. Surgery? I just need a tooth pulled. I asked what am I supposed to do about the pain. She said "I don't know. Call Dixieland Dental" who does not accept insurance and it's cash only. I called Foundation Dental and have an appt tomorrow. Dothan Dental...you just lost a patient!

Please look elsewhere. My girlfriend had her breasts augmented months ago and today was her 6…read moremonth follow up. Her breast have "bottomed out" per the doctor. (They have both dropped dramatically) She is completely unhappy with her surgery. She is a healthy 28 year old with no medical conditions. She and I both understand that there are risks associated with cosmetic surgery but this is more than just a small imperfection. The doctor said for an ADDITIONAL $6000 he could go back and try and fix his botched job . Not only would we have to pay again, but one would have to be an idiot to trust the doctor to fix what he messed up to begin with. There was no resolution other than "sorry for your bad luck". Again, I beg you to look elsewhere. The quote below is taken DIRECTLY from his site where it he admits her problem could be from the original placement of the implant. " Bottoming Out This is a problem that can happen if one or both implants "bottom out" or drop too low. Sometimes this is a placement issue from the original surgery. To correct this, a different placement approach may be considered" From this are we believe that some other extenuating circumstance just happened to both implants? Or would any rational person surmise that they were incorrectly placed to begin with. Keep in mind that this is how they have been since just a few short weeks in. My post is meant to inform, there was NO attempt made to work out a deal or formulate a plan.... Simply handed her an estimate of $6000. PLEASE reconsider! It's easy to read reviews of people who had "good luck". WHAT REALLY matters is when things don't go as planned, how is that doctor going to work out a plan to reconcile or to fix what issues may arise. This Doctor will simply hand you an estimate and a "sorry about your luck" PLEASE RECONSIDER.
