The strawberry/melon/apple blinked with a dead battery and the blue razz sizzled and burned the coil on the first hit. I called them within just hours and explained the issue. The guy I spoke to was short with me and unfriendly saying "all sales are final there's absolutely nothing we can do, it's state law". He asked me if I opened them up and tried them in the store, that was never offered to me or suggested. I told him that I understand what he said about state law prohibiting the issue of a refund. However I just moved to the area and I'm trying to find my regular local vape shop. I said this is my first time coming to your shop and $20 wasted. Are you able to hook me up with a coupon/discount for my next visit or just anything at all? He stonewalled me and said absolutely not, that's the name of the game with disposables they are all cheap quality and made in China. I won't be returning and I will be sure to share my experience of getting bitten by Viper-Vapor.

He's been looking for it in the states since he started watching James May's YouTube channel. The guy was able to find that as well! I guess they just started stocking it recently. They have an overwhelming variety of booze here. You could spend hours looking at everything on the shelves. They also sell snacks to go with the beverages. They have novelty items and gifts available as well. Their prices do seem a bit steep compared to grocery stores, but they offer a rewards card that can potentially help you save money. Overall, we were very happy with our experience here! We'll definitely return and would highly recommend.
