I have used them for additional installs and have continued to be impressed by their professionalism. He absolutely delivered. The installation was incredibly clean, professional, and looks like the TV is floating on the wall. Her installation was much more challenging because the electrical setup wasn't ideal, but he found a solution and was still able to hide all of the cords and get everything set up beautifully. You'd never know the extra work that went into it. Jimmy was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took pride in his work. If you're looking for someone who does clean, high-quality TV installations, especially if you want a seamless, no-visible-cord look, I highly recommend Smart Audio and Visual.
