First it was a thick slab of ribs! They used dry rub instead of sauce... which was great considering the event didn't have much in the way of napkins. They were flavorful and juicy. The food truck staff were also very efficient... the line was pretty long and they were hustling. The wait was pretty short. My only real gripe is that i wish they would have sold fries instead of chips. They only sides they had was potato salad, chips and coleslaw... and im not a fan of coleslaw or potato salad. Wonderful meal, though!

Conveniently located just off the highway, definitely worth the short detour. Service is always fast, friendly, snd efficient. This restaurant is huge! My to go orders consist of margaritas and a quesidilla after work ( Oscar the owner usually takes my orders, today it was someone else) I will say the owner is very kind. Today I ordered and spoke with a man and was informed they only have 1 size of margaritss to go, 16 oz. I've ordered at least 3 times here 32oz to go along with food. Weird but ok, I place an order for a quesidilla and two , 16 oz margaritas. Still 32 oz combined. I get home and the margarita tasted rotten, different texture, thick, syrupy and also had a hint of beer taste alongside the rotten taste. I've ordered many margaritas here to know this wasn't their normal margaritas, whether they changed their premixes or tequila., IT TASTED ROTTEN with a hint of BEER, NO TEQUILA. I went to return them both ,1 untouched and the other just a sip taken. (I ONLY WANTED A REFUND ON THE MARGARITAS, NOT THE QUESIDILLA). The "man" that took my order and handed me my order at the time of pickup had the audacity to tell his coworker in spanish when I asked for a refund, "It only taste different because its not a 32 oz" assuming because I look to be Caucasian, I would not know a lick of spanish.
