Our "guac" came out as a large, runny scoop with more of a pico vibe than actual guacamole... not a fan. It was even served on a plate instead of a bowl which felt a little off. Chips are self-serve from the salsa bar, horchata tasted like a premix, iced tea was fine, and only one salsa had any real heat. It was super busy with college kids so clearly it's a popular spot. Service was genuinely great though, very attentive, and the salsa bar was actually spotless which I appreciated. Nothing was bad, nothing was memorable either... just kind of meh.

I usually have the regular asada burrito with black beans, and enjoy it with their roasted habanero salsa and escabeche. The people working there are always friendly, even though they are always swamped (which is a fantastic sign). They are also still quick. Casual, of course.

Its a small location with limited indoor seating and some patio seating with a little run down dry fountain. We tried the burrito, quesabirrias and chicken tacos. The street chicken tacos were good as well as the burrito. They have sodas and agua fresca fountain where you can self serve. There is also a salsa bar with varios salsas and chips. Reasonable prices and flavors.

I personally liked this because I felt very welcomed and taken care of. Onto food - I have ordered a super burrito in the past and cannot recall it much. It was a decent size but I think I still prefer the burritos over at north Guads. This time I ordered asada nachos and a tamarind JARRITOS which cost me about $21. I normally don't finish nachos but I think it was a combination of how good it was and how hungry I was that I left no crumbs. I liked the chunky tomato slices, could have used more cilantro, but the meat ratio was perfect. Would 100% get again.

We ordered DoorDash for dinner, craving Mexican and wanted something quick…read more We got 3 chicken enchiladas and 3 beef - 2 green of each and 1 red of each. They were pretty good! The green sauce had a roasted flavor while the red had a bit of a kick to it. However, both the shredded chicken and the beef in the enchiladas were a little chewy. Also they were kinda small. We ordered a thing of beans and rice- both were good, the beans were full flavor and tons of cheese. I know it's supposed to be on the cheaper side, but it really wasn't. The subtotal for 6 enchiladas and a side of rice and beans each ended up being 55 before any fees, taxes, ect. You can get two combo enchiladas plates for much less than about 28 each at many other places. And yes, it was 3 enchiladas not 2- but again, they were smaller than a standard enchilada. So 3 was really more like 2. I'm not sure if any combos are offered in store, but there wasn't any on DoorDash. Also for the side of beans being 7.50 and the side of rice being 7.50, I thought I'd get a larger portion of each. However, each portion was for about two people. So that means if ordering a side of rice and beans for yourself, it would be about 7.50. That's pretty high I think. At most places it's like three dollars to maybe five dollars not to mention cheaper if ordering in a combo. It wasn't bad by any means, but I thought wed get more food for the price. And again the texture of the shredded chicken and beef along with the size of the enchiladas was a bit disappointing. Not to mention on DoorDash I did select to have extras on the side, such as forks and salsa, but they did not include any salsa on the side. This was odd to me as a lot of times without even mentioning that you want salsa on the side most Mexican food places will pack that . And I really did not feel there was enough sauce on the enchiladas. Like once I started cutting into it and eating it, especially that the chicken was chewy, I was really wishing for some salsa or some more sauce. I ended spraying a little bit of oil to help out, as it was the only thing I had, which was not ideal.

I've tried the quesabirria and it can be a little plain, but in the consume it is quite good. The carnitas on my nachos is always crispy, and that is definitely what I'm looking for when I get carnitas. The are seasoned well, but they are not top tier, though they are good.
