I realized Dr. Murray was accepting my insurance and immediately scheduled an appointment with him. I was so enthusiastic about his work 10 years ago, I figured I would give it another shot. WOW! He is just as thorough, knowledgeable and caring as he was back in the old days. His practice has grown but he still takes the time to get to know my baseline, my lifestyle (which really coincides with my spinal health since I am a backpacking guide full time) and my needs. He takes the time to answer my questions, hear my concerns and provide feedback. With COVID, I am not bringing in the same amount of business and as a self employed small business owner, my budget is very tight this year. Him and his staff were so kind and compassionate about my situation and made sure to go above and beyond in helping me find a payment plan and solution so that I could receive the care I need to get my body back where It should be, without an enormous amount of stress about the financial side. They didn't make me feel ashamed or embarrassed when I brought up the need to discuss payment options. Every aspect of my return to Dr. Murray and his team have fully solidified that moving Chiropractic care even in the middle of an injury was the absolute best choice I could have made. I was complaining to the attending doctor about how much my back hurt and that I had just seen my (previous) chiropractor two days in a row and it was still hurting badly. I was not a patient of Dr. Lo at the time and he just happened to be standing there talking with the attending Sanexas doctor while I was complaining. Dr. Lo overheard my complaints and graciously offered to help me making sure he wasn't infringing on the other chiropractor's territory unless it was ok with me, noting that I was in a lot of pain right now. I was desperate to feel better so I took him up on his offer. Dr. Lo treated me and I felt quite a bit better immediately. I was very grateful for the welcome relief. I immediately switched chiropractors to Dr. Lo and over the course of a few appointments, he completely relieved my back pain that my previous chiropractor had been unable to achieve and had actually made it worse. Over the years, I had been to 4 different chiropractors with very little success and had come to believe that that's all that could be done for me, until I met Dr. Lo. None of the others had the 12 different modalities that Dr. Lo has. They only used the standard manual adjustments and maybe 1 other modality. I never felt comfortable driving home from those appointments plus I could feel my back shifting back to the pain patterns before I got home. I ALWAYS feel much better driving home from seeing Dr. Lo. He knows exactly which modalities to use to help with my specific pains, and he will still use the standard manual modality if it is needed. His treatments are long lasting and I will never switch chiropractors. In fact, today, I pleaded with him to never retire! His staff is wonderful, too! Since retiring to WI I have been looking for a knowledgeable massage therapist who is not afraid to…read moredig into my knots and tightness. Yesterday I had a session with Jay and he gave me a good upper body stretch and release. Before the session began we spoke about my medical history and what I was looking for as well as what I could expect from his manipulations. I feel he listened well and during the session, he honored my pain level and allowed me to keep a level of comfort that also made a difference in my treatment. And what I really appreciated was the discussion afterward as he explained what he found and suggested stretches I could do at home. It will take a few days to truly find out what his work accomplished, but I can say I slept much better on my shoulder last night and that was a nice gift. I will return as this type of quality massage is not easy to find in our wide area. If you want a spa massage keep looking. However Jay is able to identify spots that need work and make a difference in my day-to-day motion and I appreciate his talent.

On my initial visit, I was having really intense pain in my lower back. I was immediately impressed with his staff both on the phone and in person, as well as how nice and clean the office looked. Dr. Ken ran some quick X-rays and immediately found the problem, and explained it to me perfectly. Best of all, he immediately set out to correct the issue, and has been doing a phenomenal job.
