INCOMPETENT!!!! After making 4 appointments, a month ahead of time, each time I was scheduled, my appointment was canceled or he said he couldn't help me because he didn't know me well enough.?...even though I brought in information from my previous chiropractor. I paid $92cash, on my only visit and walked out with the same pain I came there with. He said he didn't have the time to work on me, even though it was a scheduled appointment. So after inquiring about the other appointments I had made with him, they said they did not have any of them on his schedule. ARGH!!!! I asked how soon they can get me in. They said not till after February! I am chronic pain, on disability for 23 years and need to be adjusted at least every other week or more. The staff is completely INCOMPETENT with huge communication problems through out! I had 1 appointment available tomorrow, and they called me to tell me that the Chiropractor is unwilling to see me and doesn't care to help me! If you have anything worse than a neck crick, don't bother wasting your time and money here! ps. Why does he have a sign outside asking for new patients, when he has no room on his schedule to fit anyone in????!!! read more

Dr Joel is caring and listens to his patients. I have autoimmune disease and chronic pain. He does his best to work with you to reach your goals. I do appreciate being treated efficiently and his honesty if chiropractic care is my best answer. Chiropractic care is very individual, and he uses many modalities to achieve my best results. I had never been to a chiropractor before. It didn't seem like something I needed. I could take some Aleve or wait out the pain. It would always eventually go away by itself. But, about a month ago I really threw out my back. After three weeks of complete misery, I couldn't take it anymore longer. I couldn't walk straight. It was painful to sit, stand and lay down. I had to see someone, and knew seeing my own doctor would take weeks. A friend recommended Dr. Joel. I got an appointment set up that evening, I went in, and I was very wary of positive results. But, like said, I was desperate. Dr. Joel is very friendly and affable. He didn't rush me through, asked me how I injured my back and then examined my spine. He was able to see exactly where my spasms were that were just not releasing on their own. He told me step by step what he was going to do. He surprised me at one point doing a hard yank on my leg, which produced a decent "pop" and relief in my back. It wasn't completely fixed or anything, but I also felt amazing compared to where I was when I came in. The next day, I was probably 90% better, able to walk around without pain and suffering. He had me return a few days later for follow up, saw the spams were gone, and then addressed a small area in my low back. He did an adjustment to my spine and that 10% almost disappeared. The next morning​, I felt like a million bucks. A week later, he had me come in for another check up and we both seemed satisfied with the results. The appointment availability he keeps is crazy. Before 7am on Saturday. After 6pm on a weekday. He makes it very easy to get in at a time that works for you. There is a discount for paying the bill versus having it go through insurance. With our high deductible, I would have been paying the bill anyway, so I opted to pay up front. I can't begin to say enough great things about Dr. Joel and my mind is definitely changed about chiropractic treatment. Cheers! read more
