INCOMPETENT!!!! After making 4 appointments, a month ahead…read moreof time, each time I was scheduled, my appointment was canceled or he said he couldn't help me because he didn't know me well enough.?...even though I brought in information from my previous chiropractor. I paid $92cash, on my only visit and walked out with the same pain I came there with. He said he didn't have the time to work on me, even though it was a scheduled appointment. So after inquiring about the other appointments I had made with him, they said they did not have any of them on his schedule. ARGH!!!! I asked how soon they can get me in. They said not till after February! I am chronic pain, on disability for 23 years and need to be adjusted at least every other week or more. The staff is completely INCOMPETENT with huge communication problems through out! I had 1 appointment available tomorrow, and they called me to tell me that the Chiropractor is unwilling to see me and doesn't care to help me! If you have anything worse than a neck crick, don't bother wasting your time and money here! ps. Why does he have a sign outside asking for new patients, when he has no room on his schedule to fit anyone in????!!!

In this era of hustle and bustle, having Dr. Joel as my provider, understanding the needs of my body, throughout all the changes it has gone through. His honesty, care and confidence, Dr. Joel is an important part of this gal's life. What makes every visit so beneficial is his undivided attention, listening with both his heart and his mind. This was especially true for me when I suffered from debilitating migraines for three years. It was a difficult journey until I eventually discovered the symptoms were actually rooted in my vision and the way I was perceiving / seeing the world. That triggered very real physical symptoms in my body. Throughout that entire process, Dr. Joel was an essential part of my support system--keeping me going with regular appointments and helping my body find its way back to some sort of 'normal'. (Sometimes just making it to an appointment was a great feat in itself). Dr. Joel always remained calm and made me feel like it wasn't a big deal, even when my nervous system was deregulated. This gift, this ability is gold, the gold that keeps giving-keeps healing. His neutralness, his ability to hold space for patients is a super power. I've always believed that true healing comes from the connection between two people sharing a moment of trust, and Dr. Joel embodies that philosophy perfectly. Whether he is treating my neck and shoulder issues or helping me navigate more complex health hurdles, his empathy is unmatched.

Went in to Chris's Chiropractic office on a whim and I was walking out standing up straight that day. After that I was a believer in chiropractic medicine, but here is the catch, not all chiropractors are the same. There were times I was in pain and Dr. Kroll was unavailable, so I went to other Chiropractors and left each time without any relief. Dr. Kroll is the real deal, even my father-in-law who has plates in his neck and chronic neck/back problems swears by him.
