Lena, the manager, does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. She's always checking on customers, making sure everyone is happy! But since I'm new to living in Austin, I returned to this nail shop as they did a good job on my nails a few years ago! This will be one of my go-to places for sure, now. The only con is that they do charge a lot for a simple full set and pedicure but the prices are average nail shop prices so I expected to pay what I paid. Also, for the price I paid for my nails and toes they could've at least oiled my cuticles after completing the service. The customer service with the front desk staff was friendly and hospitable. I also like that they offer complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. They'll be seeing me again for sure.

Making this whole manicure experience around $150+ They did give me a 15% discount but I still feel like that's an insane price to pay for a color change esp based on the circumstances.
