I was at evergreen brickworks for their Holiday market on the weekend and there were a bunch of…read morefood trucks. We decided to try this food truck's korean chicken sandwich. There was a bit of a wait as each item is made-to-order but not much longer than 10-15 min. Reasonable given the number of people ahead of us. Service was good, nothing to note - I mean it's a food truck, can't expect that much. The chicken sandwich itself was quite good. Chicken was hot and crispy, bun held up well, kimchi was crunchy and there was a rich creamy korean sauce. The size of chicken is pretty good. 4/5. Price - 10$ all in which makes it pretty average compared to the rest of the food trucks. Would recommend trying and would probably try again!

There were an assortment of food trucks on site but the fried chicken with asian fusion menu of Full Loaded drew me in like a moth to the flame. I decided that I wanted to go with something classic and simple and then pair it with something fun and fusion-y, so I decided to order the Classic Fried Chicken Sandwich and paired it with their Kimchi french fries. Service was backed up but the meal came out within 10 minutes. I got my meal and found a shady tree to sit under so I could enjoy my meal. And that is kinda where it all fell apart for me. The french fries were cold and hard, clearly old fries that had been cooked and sitting for awhile and then topped and served. The flavours of the toppings were ok, very heavy on the creamy garlic sauce and a few pieces of kimchi, but the cold fries ruined this for me. I looked next to the Sandwich for redemption butttt, that too fell short. I was expecting a chicken breast or a large piece of chicken given the overwhelming size of the bread but it was 2 small chicken tenders, no bigger than what you got at Wendy's topped with tomatoes, lettuce and mayo. Being too small for the bread the toppings and chicken were sliding all over the place and falling out, very difficult to eat. Wish I had picked another truck, this dinner fell short and most of the fries and bread ended up in the trash. Eatcrest Out

The poutine was definitely not the best poutine I ever had and definitely not the worse. But the ranking of this poutine definitely came pretty close down at the bottom of my ranking. The fries were very tasty. Fried to perfection and it had a nice crispy to it. The cheese was the disappointment. They didn't use cheese curd. On top, the gravy was nothing special. On top, the poutine was somewhat cold. The jerk chicken was interesting. I thought I ordered Jamican food but it turned out something different. I was not sure if this was supposed to be a Korean dish or Jamican. Anyways, the dish itself was somewhat cold when I got it. The jerk chicken was somewhat dry. Strange was that it was served with kimchi, corn and some green drizzled on top was spicy mayo sauce. So I felt like it had a bit of Japanese, Jamican and a bit of Korean. I don't think the flavor went well together. They were somewhat skimpy on the jerk chicken. I was told by a colleague that their fusion tacos (instead of tortilla, they used roti) are really good. Maybe next time I try this food truck, I will get that instead. Anyways, I do not recommend getting the Jerk chicken here.

I highly reccomend if you love corn!!…read more They were here for the night market in square one. When i saw they were going to be involved, i knew immediately i wanted to go! They were in a small food venture. It was a good day to visit and try out their corn, i haven't had corn in a long timeee which i was so excited! I ordered 2 corns - one for me, one for my mom and also bought sweet tea. The guys were so nice! It didn't took them long to cook, we only had to wait few minutes. We can choose any toppings but me and my mom decided to go with seasoned salt only. We took it home. I have to say....i ended up finishing mine and mom's corn hahaha! The sweet tea was topped with lemon - refreshing and perfect! Such a short experience i went but so memorable, love it hehe!

I tried the southwest burger this time which is Elijah's take on In and Out Burger. And I broke down and had to try the onion rings! But I shared them. Both were extremely delicious. The Southwest birder gives In and Out a run for its money and may even be a bit better. Would have to try them side by side to determine. The onion rings met and exceeded all expectations. Each one was perfectly encrusted, not greasy, and flavorful! Working my way through the menu of this delightful, unique establishment.

The Food The meal itself was a bit of a mixed bag, especially considering the price point. The fries look and taste exactly like McDonald's fries--which isn't necessarily a bad thing if you love fast-food fries, but it feels overpriced for a sit-down or specialty burger joint. The burger itself hits very close to a classic Quarter Pounder with Cheese, though it does feature a subtle, nice flame-broiled flavor that elevates it slightly. The real standout on the sweet side, however, was the doughnuts. They are absolutely great and well worth trying. Service & Vibe On the plus side, the staff here is incredibly nice and welcoming. Service was prompt and friendly, which made the visit pleasant. Overall, it's a decent 3/5 experience. The food tastes fine, but because it mimics major fast-food chains so closely at a premium price tag, it's hard to see this place lasting much longer unless they tweak the value proposition.
