Parking is pretty limited, but if you arrive early enough, you can usually find street parking in the surrounding neighbourhood. Despite how busy it was, the service was incredibly quick. There seemed to be plenty of staff working together to keep orders moving efficiently. One bonus that I absolutely loved is that they carry Nutella and Orzo imported from Italy. It's nice knowing I don't have to fly to Italy every time I want to pick some up! Can't wait to come back and work my way through the rest of the menu.

Overall, there wasn't anything particularly astounding about the sandwich for me. The coffee crema, on the other hand, was delicious! My only issue was the price. The small was a very tiny portion, comparable in size to a small iced coffee from Tim Hortons, and between the sandwich and coffee, I paid around $20. For what I got, I personally didn't feel it was worth the price. That being said, the desserts and pastries all looked really good, so I would go back to try some other things. Based on this first visit, though, I wouldn't say I'd go out of my way to visit specifically for the sandwich or coffee. The staff was very helpful and friendly, however, so 5/5 for that. It can be a little overwhelming with all the options and we went at lunch time so it was more chaotic (to no fault of their own of course!), but staff was incredibly nice and patient with us.

The Asian cashier was so unfriendly and no one is manning the front of the store. I have to wait for a while coz the staff were missing in action.
