We originally chose them due to our proximity to the business, and we've remained even after moving across town because of the phenomenal staff, customer service, and all around experience. This is the only place we'll board our dog. We absolutely love the grooming staff (which says a lot since we have an anxious pup who doesn't love the grooming process). From the moment you walk through the front door or call in, you'll feel like family. Even when months have passed without us using their services, when we return they remember our dog by name and it's like not a day has gone by. We particularly love the photos they'll take of our furry family members at the holidays. We love the photo updates we receive daily during boarding. We love that they don't hesitate to call and check in if they have questions or we've a selected a service we wouldn't normally opt for. Suffice it to say, the staff at Family Paw is at the top of their game. They treat our pets as their own. The service is truly above and beyond, and for that we are not only so appreciative but remain very loyal customers.
