Oh Crap is what said after I booked this company. The first initial phone call lead me to believe this company is based on customer service. I was WRONG! First the appointment was pushed back 3 hours because another customer requested my time slot. It wasn't requested it was demanded! INITIAL CLEAN UP IS $199/hour. The time and the dollar amount won't match. When confronted he add time and say he was doing you the favor. Either can't do math or is trying pull one past ya. And Finally you might as well have conversations with your mustard bottle. Because both retain about the same amount of info. We discussed servers times when the Billing date will be approved. I've had this service ever since the owner had started. He's awesome. Employees come and go, and good employees are hard to find-- I understand the struggle with that. Sean has done a great job making sure that we're happy and that our area is taken care of. I personally don't understand the other reviews complaining about the employees coming later in the day rather than in the morning-- I figure that they'll pick up more crap that way, so it's a plus. Sean was so nice and so easy to work with. I required a one-time service for a rock scape backyard for a move-out. Price was reasonable, especially for how great his work is. I forgot to get a before and after photo but it was as if the backyard is brand new again. Highly recommend him and his services to anyone! I've had this service from Oh Crap for a little over a year and recently cancelled it. Sean is great but had a couple inconsistences with his other employees. Originally had two dogs, and they came to clean once a week. One dog was friendly and one was not(rescue Rottweiler that came from a bad home). I work graveyard hours so I'd try my best to get up early enough to let the dogs inside before they came to clean the yard. The dogs were separated so if there was a day I didn't get the chance to let them in, the not-friendly dog's area wasn't cleaned. Which is totally understandable and it would just be made up the next week. The area where the friendly dog stayed was always cleaned whether he was outside or not. After the not friendly dog had passed on, I assumed it was okay for my friendly dog to be outside regardless, since there was never a problem with him before. I would get the text messages saying my yard was cleaned, and then go outside to see it wasn't. Wish the employee would of text me or Sean, letting either of us know he wasn't okay with cleaning the yard with my dog in it, rather than saying nothing and sending the "completed" text message. In the end, I cancelled the service due to being able to manage taking care of one dog on my own much easier and not really pleased with the inconsistency in communication. I still want to give 4 stars cause even though I had a bad experience with his employee, whenever I messaged Sean(the owner) he was quick to respond and quick to make things right, including coming out the next day to fix a problem. I would recommend this service is Sean is in your area/rotation, but his other employees can be inconsistent in their work and lack communication. read more

Update: After nearly 2 years, service has gone downhill. Owner does a great job, but can't be everywhere : employees not so much. Their phone alert system NEVER matches with when they come or leave. They started out coming around 10-12, but now show after 2. Last straw was guy coming in my yard, opening the gate, while my dogs were outside, then "helping" me get dogs inside by chasing them with a poop rake. Next guy came and forgot to disinfect yard. I'm changing services. Owner apologetic, but employees keep screwing up. Missed poop, no disinfecting, arrival issues etc. Prices too high for that many issues. Not recommended. read more

We called Oh Crap for an urgent clean up of our backyard, which was left covered in poop by former tenants' dogs. Sean went WAY out of his way to help us and did an excellent job on a seemingly impossible task. In a few hours, where before you could only see poop, a yard re-emerged. Sean also used a pressure washer on the patio to get it ultra clean. We appreciate his quality of service and can-do attitude at a very reasonable price. Highly highly recommend! read more

I messaged them on FaceBook in response to an ad late at night on a Saturday and got a response within 30 minutes. I explained our situation with two dogs and how we had been unable to clean up properly for a long time. They came out on the agreed upon day promptly and cleaned up everything in under an hour. They now come out once a week and the work is always perfect. Very professional and courteous. Best of all, our dogs LOVE them! The Oh Crap! folks always pay attention to our fur babies and have no problem with them supervising the work. The rate is quite reasonable, especially with more than one dog. Thanks to the powers that be, I found Oh Crap on Instagram. Within a few days they started their weekly poop removal. A simple text is sent when they're enroute, and after they have finished (great heads up of your dogs don't like strangers in your backyard.). They have amazing poop puns on IG and SUPER professional. Highly recommended. read more

The team from Oh Crap has been amazing. I had previously tried a different company that had terrible communication and service so I was pretty hesitant on trying another company. Sean (owner) spent a good amount of time on the phone with me going over everything and was extremely friendly which made the decision even easier to use them. The communication is exceptional from them, I get a text when they're on their way, who it is and when they're finished. I also have to say that they do a great job cleaning the yard and I'm able to pay extra to have them spray it down with some sort of urine odor reducer. Oh Crap is a fabulous service. Once a week my tech comes by and thoroughly cleans my yard of doggie poops. When he is done bagging the poops, he drops the bag into my garbage can on his way out, making sure to close and lock my back gate. He provides scented disposal bags, which helps minimize any odors until the next garbage pickup. The price is very workable for me. read more
