This is the worst company ever. Not only are they aggressive communicating with you, they will steal your money for the month even when they haven't serviced yet. Please be careful when hiring this company. Also, i also do not recommend getting any other services from them as they will charge you extra and not do the other services. I will likely be taking this to court or just taking my losses as they are a waste of time. And just like the other bad reviews, i can confirm, they become a bad business and there are no false accusations. Update: Got a very nice Clown text from the company this morning. Terrible and rude customer service from the owner of the company. We have had them for over 2 years and my roommate accidentally let the dogs out to use the bathroom while they were there. This was the one and only time and our dogs are very friendly. The owner contacts me and tells me how unacceptable this is and how this will never happen again and I need to acknowledge this message right now. Mind you I left to a doctors appointment and could not respond right away. This is not the first time they have talked to me like this though, I had just got a new dog late the night before they were to come and provide service. They come through the back gate and my son happened to be outside and was so excited to tell them about our new dog we rescued. I was still sleeping and my husband was home and never really deals with the contacting of poopy scoopy. Well I wake up to a bunch of messages telling me I'm hiding another dog and I need to communicate better and this is unacceptable. If you want to be yelled at and degraded definitely use them. They talk to you like a child which shows their complete professionalism. Also, we don't have corsos which tell a lot about what they know lol. Still harassing me. I'm sad to leave this review because they seem so nice but there ended up being some strange behavior and service inconsistencies at the end. I hired them for a one time clean up a year or so ago and they did a wonderful job. So I didn't hesitate to hire them again when I was ready for reoccurring service. The first few visits were great but as time progressed, I noticed the cleaning wasn't as thorough. They would only pick up the waste from the patio but completely ignore the yard in spots. I thought it was strange but I was so thankful for the help I would just pick up the remaining waste myself. Then came the scheduling issues. They were to come every two weeks on Saturday so I could ensure my dogs were safely secured inside and the gate was unlocked. Two times no one would show up and I had to reach out to find out if we were still on for the day and only then I would be informed that the scooper had an issue and couldn't make it. Which was fine, things happen, but I would've appreciated someone letting me know so I didn't have my dogs locked inside all day. The second time another no call no show and without warning they show up the next week without a heads up. Because I wasn't aware of the change, I wasn't home to have the dogs put up and safe access to the yard for the scooper. After that incident, I never heard back from Poopy Scoopy and they never showed up again. No loss really, as the service started getting worse each visit. All I needed was a little communication, I'm very understanding and flexible. Unfortunately I can't recommend them any longer. Based on the other less than 5 star review (which is very similar to my own experience), I'm sure the owner will accuse me of "false accusations" so I'll just say this before that happens. I waited several months before leaving this review because I'm very thoughtful about small business struggles and always give them a shot at redeeming themselves. read more

I have been putting off cleaning my backyard for awhile however it was finally time since we're getting ready to create the dog run! My sister was looking up places and she came across Poopy Scoopy. Sam went above and beyond, I had originally just expected a dog waste cleanup however when I sent her a video of my yard she also said she could do yard cleanup and trim my overgrown bushes and power wash our fake grass and cleanup. I wish I would've remembered to take a before picture to show justice to the after, but I forgot! some of their employees don't like dogs. I find that interesting being they are picking up dog poop. Regardless, they demand our dogs be inside.
