Reading the reviews after I got great service i was like oh no!! Then I remeber the website said it is under new management!!! DAVID was professional and clean ever last turd that was in my nasty yard. Now I can play outside with my dogs with no worry and he disinfected everything as well. For the price it was well worth it. My dogs are my life and with 4 dogs it got neglected and now he is coming once a week to clean. I hired them to do a big poop cleaning of my back yard. They came when they said they would and continued the weekly service for a while. The initial cleaning was a big job so I paid for it accordingly... it was too much for one day and was told it would be done over time... Although they came weekly and did their weekly service job, the initial clean up was not worth it and was never completed after several weeks. I would definitely use them for a weekly service again... but not for an initial cleaning. read more

I hired Abel for a pooper scooper service, from the beginning he would bang on my door and be very loud early in the morning. I started to have financial difficulties, I told him a couple of times I would have to stop service. He just said it's ok You pay me when I can. He had his niece or someone take over payments. Initially she seemed to be very nice with working with me, she said make 40.00 every two weeks. I sent 40 that same day. Abel started blowing up my phone whole I was at work. So I called him and explained to him I was working out payment with Helen, he told me to fuck off bitch so I hung up and blocked him immediately. Told Helen I did not want him at my house and I will continue payment with her. The next payment was due I explained I missed Wednesday's work as I am a tipped employee and as soon as I could I would get cash in my account that weekend, she then text me two days later being very rude and sending insults saying I'm too lazy to pick up my dogs poop and I don't pay my bills and that they would come to my house and embarrass me in front of al my neighbors. Then when I told her that I was trying to get it to them and why the insults she immediately apologized, saying make anything you can weekly 5,10, 20. I said I'll send you something today in good faith and in two days when I receive my paycheck I would clear the balance. I had only 30 on me as I had paid my bills that week and bought groceries. I sent her what I could and she started texting me continually insulting me again. I did as I said and paid balance off two days later. I blocked them both. I don't know if these people are bipolar on drugs or what, but I would never recommend this business to my worst enemy. Very unprofessional and rude. The man seemed nice enough and I paid for 4 weeks of service. In week 2 he said he was there to collect a check and I told him I paid him week 1 for 4 weeks and I wasn't due to pay again until Date - He did show up every week. Week 4 comes and someone else I've never seen shows up and says they are taking over his business, that he is retiring. This person asks for a check. I don't feel comfortable writing a check to someone I've never seen before and Andy didn't let me know someone new would be handling his business, so I tell the new person that I will pay next week, since I already paid through week 4 on week 1. He rips up my card and says he won't be back. I'm confused but I cancelled service and found another company. read more
