A one stop shop for all your pet and house service needs with outstanding customer service!…read more I was previously with another waste removal service that I loved but they had billing issues using QuickBooks. With multiple pets, I needed quick and consistent service. I sent an inquiry through Yelp projects and was contacted by the owner Afsheen. He so warm and personable. He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. Highly recommend this service and have already gladly passed their contact info to others. They are competent and timely. Thank you Rebel DK!

Afsheen stands out for all the right reasons, especially with a business. His entire team reflects the same professionalism and respect. They are prompt, consistently communicative, providing updates when they are on the way and confirm immediately after services are complete. The yard is always spot on and the gate always closed properly behind them. That reliability and transparency make a significant difference, especially a peace of mind for our fur babies. Rebel DK is truly a gem of a business, and I am grateful to have found Afsheen and his team. Keep up the amazing work guys!

Rod, Tamy, and the entire crew have been absolutely amazing. Communication has always been top-notch. Tamy is wonderful about keeping clients informed of any schedule changes or updates, and she's always been so kind and responsive. When one of our sweet pups passed away in December, the compassion they showed meant more than they probably know. Special shout out to Rod! Our dogs always had to be inside before he could come into the yard, and he was incredibly patient while we wrangled our little pack of poop-protecting weirdos He never minded waiting a minute for us to get everyone settled and was always dependable and professional. When we had three dogs, the monthly price was unbelievably reasonable. Even with that many pups, the service was an incredible value and worth every penny. It was one of those things that made life so much easier, and we never once regretted it. I used other companies before finding the Bark Butler and honestly.. they were creepy AF and I was not a fan of having them on my property. Never once had that problem with Rod and his team. They've made our lives easier for years, and I can't thank them enough. Thank you, Rod, Tamy, and the entire Bark Butler team. You've been wonderful from day one, and we truly appreciate everything you've done for our family.

Much to my surprise as I started going through the list, the majority of the customers either had moved, had not used to service in years, or no longer had dogs. I even had one guy say that they fired skip because he was absolutely terrible. As if that wasn't enough, there were a number of customers who also stated that they had been contacted by another dog waste removal company earlier in the day, with the same story that I was presenting to them, that I had bought his clientele base and was now taking over the accounts. It turns out Skip sold this owner and me the same list of accounts. This man is scum. If this man contacts you, do not do business with him - he is scum and will con you one way or another. They were extremely friendly and organized on how they picked up. They even took the time to check under the few piles of leaves I had there. After the cleanup, the added a spray to keep things fresh all around the yard! It was honestly a job well done! Props to Frank and his assistant! I wish I could benefit from their recurring services as mentioned from one of the technicians if I ever needed it, but I will be moving soon sadly. I have been keeping up with the cleaning myself after their visit but I may call them back for their sanitizing wash before I officially leave to keep things ready for the next tenant who moves in. I would definitely give them a shot!
