With multiple pets, I needed quick and consistent service. I sent an inquiry through Yelp projects and was contacted by the owner Afsheen. He so warm and personable. He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. So from the start I knew this company would be a problem. The very first time they came the tech…read morewas making excuses of why he couldn't do the job completely. I replied if you cant do it its fine just cancel. He then said he could do it and we continued. So after that I noticed on my cameras that ever time he came he only cleaned half the yard. (Note that everything he came except once my dog was inside.) So I complained to the owners that only half my yard was being cleaned. So instead of correcting the problem. They reversed it and blamed my lil dog saying he was too aggressive for the tech, which is crazy because I asked the tech would the dog be a problem or do I need to bring him in during the first clean up he said the dog was fine. Also on top of that they sent me a bill and over charged me more then the price of the bill. Its all to often as a black American when dealing with companies like these you receive the worse version of the sevice even when its something as simple as this. I just cancel my service just giving you a heads up
