We moved into our house about a year and half ago. During that time my boyfriend picked up the poop only once. So the other day I was in the backyard with my dog and realized omg my poor doggie, she's got no space to poop! So I went on Yelp to find a pet waste removal service and came upon Doo Doo be gone. After chatting with Eric, I found out that he's just starting out hence no reviews. So we gave him a try. He responded in a timely fashion, he was polite and efficient. He filled 2 trash bags of poop. The yard was so clean that my doggie spent a good 10 minutes trying to find her poop and then finally gave up and realized she had to start over (dogs usually poop in certain areas due to the smell and stuff) it was quite funny to watch. After the first clean up we set up a monthly schedule based on our needs. It was a great experience, no hassles and Eric is easy to talk to. His online subscription system has all our information so we can pay him via that even if we aren't home. I wish i could give 10 stars! I am beyond impressed! Erik has serviced my yard a few times now and has been amazing. He is very thorough and meticulously cleans every little poop. One of my small dogs likes to walk and poop so he leaves small pieces instead of one dump. Erik has consistently picked up those small pieces. He is considerately thoughtful and picked up random trash that blew into my yard and random twigs that fell from my tree too! This company communicates well. They will text you when the technician is on the way and will send a photo of your gate closed when they leave. I love that extra thought of security.
