They met me at Rockler Woodworking to pick up the product, had it loaded in a few minutes, dropped it off at my home, down a small set of stairs. Amazing value as well. Took a few pictures of the product and the location, and he came in at 1/2 the cost, and was there early, great communication, had the appropriate help and tools. Andre talked to me yesterday regarding how much it is going to cost me to make this long-distance move? Andre told me that I need to tell him What kinds of things that will need to have his two men crew come over to my house and then they will have to pack up my stuff into these packing boxes, wardrobe bags and any other light furniture or small kitchen appliances that will be included in my move to this area. Andre said the price is determined by the quantity of the items that needs to be loaded into their truck, the weight of these total items and the location of the area I will be moving to from my city in Oceanside, CA. Andre talked to me during our cell phone conversation for about (one hour) because, I had a lot of questions to ask Andre about my long-distance move from my home to another area that I will be moving to which will be sometime after the beginning in May of 2023. Andre told me last night that he will send me a text message on my Apple IPhone XR with the estimated quote on the total price of this long-distance move to another area. Andre said I will have to put down a 20% Deposit on the (total cost) of this estimated quote to secure my reservation with him on this (specific date and time), I prefer to have his two men team come over to my house to make this move for me to another area. I did receive the price of my Free Quote this morning from Andre J. I will not list my quote on the total price that Andre the owner on World Class Movers, due to the reason that every customer is different in their needs for a long-distance move to another area.I did receive a military discount because my father is in the Marine Corps. I believe that Andre he quoted me a fair price on this long-distance move. I need to talk to my boyfriend Michael about the price if he can afford to pay this amount of money to Andre J. the owner of World Class Movers. I believe Andre gave me an excellent price for this move to transport my car and my stuff to another area sometime in May of 2023. This review will be updated after I hire Andre to complete this long-distance move. I am giving Andre's business this World Class Movers Company, a 5 star review on just my phone conversation I had with him last night. Andre gave me excellent customer service, he was very professional and also Andre has 15 years of experience in the moving industry. Andre also talked to me about his wife and his children, it was great that Andre was not just business with me. Andre was more personable in speaking to me his customer. That made me feel very comfortable in talking to Andre this business owner on World Class Movers. Andre also gave me really great advice in helping me to save more money for my move.

Upon the…read moremove, the two men completing the move attempted to forcibly push a refrigerator through a doorway, leaving extreme damage to the doorway which was original stained wood. The marks were very deep and very noticible. When I contacted Phil, the co-owner, he first directed me to his "partner" who initially told me that I would have to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. Then told me he could file a claim under their insurance but that I would have to pay a $500 deductible. All this was said without even asking what damage was done or looking at the damage. I then contacted Phil the following day, again introducing myself, and explaining my concerns. He interrupted me, told me he spoke with his two employees and that their "stories were consistent" in explaining that my mother told them to get the refrigerator through the door "by any means necessary" and that he didn't know what my mother was "trying to pull" but that I "clearly only believe what (I) want to believe." He went on to state that my description of the issue would "only take some paint and putty" and he still had not seen any of the damages or even requested to see the damages. He finally asked what I expected of him and he only offered an apology after I provided the expectation of an apology and to view the damages so that he could fix them. He then never responded to me or the pictures I sent to him. This company, specifically Phil, is clearly only interested in the money you give him, not in his personal integrity or the integrity of his company. Most of all, the belongings his company is in charge of moving, as well as the dwelling he is moving them to, is of no importance to him. Anyone who chooses them as their movers should prepare for damages to their belongings with no retribution or empathy. This is a terrible business with a terrible owner.

We moved about two months ago so I am a little behind in my review…read more So, we were moving from one large apartment (3 bedroom) to another larage apartment (2 bedrooms and a den). We have a lot of stuff. First order of business was to get an estimate from movers. We contacted several different movers, and most would only provide an estimate over the phone. When we contacted A. Arnold they were glad to come out and give us an estimate. I say estimate since it is not a guaranteed rate. What they provide is an estimate of the number of hours they think the move will take and a fixed rate per hour. I will say their hoursly rate was a little higher than other movers, however their rate was for 4 people and most others was for only 3 people, so we got better value. When the estimator came out he walked our apartments and got a good feel for how many hours it would take. Also, there was some things we planned on moving ourselves, which they were fine with. Moving day came and they showed up right on time. Their people continuously worked hard, were professional and courteous. They did a great job wrapping things to protect them during the move. We had wound up moving more stuff ourselves then we had initially anticipated. Their estimate was 8 hours and in actuality it took 6.5 hours. This was the easiest and most stress free move we have ever had. Also, around the time of our move and since we have moved, I have seen other people using different movers. Let me just say the other movers i saw did not wrap and protect their furnishings as well as A. Arnold. You could say it took them more time and we were paying for it, I would say they got everything moved without any damages or issues. When I move again, they are the only ones I am going to call.
