My bed frames, TV, and electric fireplace were all DESTROYED. I was already under an incredible amount of stress, and now we're sleeping with our mattresses on the floor and we had to replace our TV. The TV was discovered when we were moving my property out of the storage unit, to my new home. It had been leaned against the wall, but the screen had OBVIOUSLY taken an impact- So the employee who did it was obviously trying to hide it. I'll never be working with them again.

When there was a pop up shower, they did nothing to protect the furniture. When wrapping the white silk sofa, they dropped the cushions on the muddy floor. They chipped the marble on the coffee table and a concrete outdoor pedestal. They even broke a concrete urn. The movers toward the end were rude and dismissive. When I called the owner to ask how I would be compensated for the items that were damaged or destroyed he agreed to repair 3 items and gave me $50.00 for the urn. He did not repair the 3 items. WARNING: Unless you want your furniture destroyed, DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!

Three young men showed up and hauled everything out with no problems, smiles on their faces, polite, and professional. I reached out, and Zack and Ryan were very quick to give a quote (super reasonable) and they were flexible with their availability with my strange schedule limitations! Overall, I will be looking to book this company again if I need to move again! First off, I was able to schedule over a week in advance easily with these guys. I had some scheduling conflicts for the Friday afternoon they could work me into their schedule, and after telling them this, they said they could do the move at 9 am that day if it worked for my schedule (which it did!). They also ended up getting to my house 15 minutes EARLY which was so helpful and better for them with the weather (it was 100 degrees forecasted for later in the day!). Even with the weather, these guys were super patient and so friendly. They really exceeded my expectations because I've heard some horror stories about movers--not these guys, they are AMAZING. They moved all my things from a first floor apartment to a third floor apartment (with no elevator--I'm so sorry!) with no issues. Everything was in the same shape as when the stuff left my other apartment. We ran into one snaffu (not any fault of theirs but mine!) when my couch couldn't fit up the stairway--they helped me move the couch back to my old apartment so that I could figure out what to do with it! Price - they quoted $150-200 for the job and finished in 45 min, for only $150. No travel fee, no 2 hour minimum - just great service at a great price. 2. Prompt - they showed up right on time. What more can you ask for? 3. Courteous and kind - not only did these gents take great care in moving our furniture, using their own blankets and straps when needed, but they were also super patient and cool while we decided where we wanted everything to end up. 10/10 will call on AJC again for my KC moving needs!

Personally we would never use them again. The guys who packed the truck in Washington State outshines them by far, and for less money. They charged $70/hour for fantastic service, compared to $117/hour for mediocre service. I thought cost of living in Kansas is low, but their labor cost is high.... go figure.

During the cold snap a few weeks ago, a sprinkler line burst causing an absolute mess! After a discussion about the situation we decided it was time to speed up our transfer. Our neighbors across the hall had to be moved immediately due to the damage to their apartment and I found my friends from Door2Door in the hallway moving them. I hired them on the spot. They moved me down four flights of stairs since the elevator wasn't functional and into the building next door in 2 hours! They worked like nothing I've ever seen!
