I found Jesse at Door Pros through his excellent reviews, and he absolutely lived up to them. Over the weekend, our garage door roller came off the track and the cable slipped off the drum. My husband tried to repair it, but it was much more complicated than expected--it even took us over 45 minutes just to get the door manually closed. I reached out to Jesse, and he was available the same day. I was amazed at how quickly he diagnosed the issue and had the door working again within minutes. Jesse is kind, professional, a great communicator, and very fairly priced. I highly recommend him for any garage door repairs! read more

We've used Jesse before and he never fails to impress. He quickly analyzes what's wrong, tells you exactly what's needed to fix it and doesn't even try to upsell you on other services you may not need. He pointed out what was contributing to the problem we were having and then described the relatively simple fixes. Garage door problems aren't an everyday occurrence but when they happen, I will use Jesse and his company again. read more

Backing out of my garage, I clipped the last panel. Door was moderately damaged and off the tracks. Jesse came out quickly. He was able to get the door back on the tracks and at least make it functional. Trying to save me some money, he tried his best to find a replacement panel, but with the door being so old, could not find a matching panel. Jesse and his team expertly installed a new door at a great price. I asked if he could come back and make some minor adjustments, and Jesse was there the next morning to take care of my request. Jesse is very responsive, punctual, does good work and competitive in pricing. Would use him again...and refer him to friends. read more

I love using locally owned businesses and this one did not disappoint! Jesse came out the day after I called and replaced my motor and rollers. Easy peasy. Jessie is out in the field, fixing garage door openers so when you call, it may take him a minute to get back to you, but he certainly does quickly and in a friendly way. He was patient about the fact I had to reschedule once and when the day came to do the work, he was available early! He texted every time he was on his way, showed up when he said he was gonna show up (and even showed up early when he texted and said he could and it worked for us." He got it fixed in 20 minutes flat. It works like a charm. He made sure the door was balanced, and everything was lubed and up to snuff. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Jesse is very professional and honest. We have old garage doors from 20 years ago. Jesse's quote was transparent on the phone. He came on time and made it working, programmed the remote access with the remote controls, keypad, and my cars. Unlike other service providers who typically suggested replacing with new equipment which will cost over a thousand dollars or who may quote on the spot with a surprise. Jesse is trying to make it work with his knowledge, His charge was very reasonable and consistent with his quote. When I had questions after he left, he answered promptly and helped me remotely to resolve the issue. read more
