I gave 'em a call and was quickly scheduled. Upon arrival, I was surprised at how beautiful the lobby was and it had lots of nice displays for both home and auto glass. Sarah showed me the different options and tints available in EXPEL. The display made making the choice easy! We then discussed what I wanted to tint. I have a large Ford Expedition, so it was side windows for thee rows of seating and the back glass. I was a little concerned that the rear tint would be damaged by the defrosters, but was told that the tint wouldn't be damaged. And if it were, the warranty would cover it. In addition, have a very large sunroof that extends most of the length of the vehicle. I asked if would be beneficial to do that as well, and was told that it would offer additional protection and that they could take care of that as well for a little extra. So off she went with my vehicle around to the back. I decided to wait for my vehicle while it was tinted. I was using my laptop in the waiting area and was invited into the conference room so that I could use the table. I thought that was a nice touch. In two short hours, the vehicle was done. The tint looks factory new with no workmanship issues that I saw. I look forward to a cooler summer ahead because of Clear Cut Glass! The whole crew was stellar!

I had been searching for brushed stainless steel U-channels for a bathroom renovation project, and what should have been a simple purchase turned into weeks of frustration. I spent weeks calling manufacturers, distributors, and multiple local companies, but I kept hitting dead ends. Eventually, I was referred to True View Windows and Glass. When I stopped by, it was after their business hours. I noticed a side door open, I called out, and a gentleman came to see if he could help. I briefly explained the situation and the difficulty I had been having finding the parts. To my surprise, that gentleman turned out to be Nick, the owner and CEO of the company. Instead of brushing me off or asking me to come back during business hours, Nick listened patiently, showed genuine understanding, and told me he would personally do his best to help. True to his word, just a couple of days later I received a call from True View Windows and Glass with the news I had been hoping for: they found them. This is crazy! It shattered when no one was home on Monday morning, again no sign of anything, it's Wednesday I have had no resolution and no one even out to investigate. I have glass everywhere and still no call back to fix. I would never recommend this company. there are too many other companies available to have such poor service and repair resolutions. Poor value I wish I had just used Home Depo!

Mike responded quickly to my inquiry, came out the same week to assess the situation, and confirmed he could replace just the door. The first door that arrived had a scratch on it, and Mike immediately called to let me know. He refused to install anything less than perfect and reordered the panel without hesitation. When the new door came in, the installation took less than 30 minutes and the quality is excellent. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend this team. I had David replace 3 window panes that had condensation in them. Initially he was great and got…read morethe job done within 7 days. One week after install, one of the new panes had condensation, meaning the seal was broken. I sent him pictures and he said he would get it replaced right away. That was on 10/12 and I have not heard back. This week, a second window now has condensation in it. These windows were replaced on 10/3/2025. I have reached out many times and am now being ghosted. Stay away from this company and David Laveen. He's a complete rip off!
