There was a problem with one of the double doors and Cody came out right away to fix it. Then we had a problem with the double door in our guest room. I've text him twice. The first time it took him ten days to get back to me. That was three weeks ago and I've heard nothing. I texted again a few days ago and nothing. I also have friends that needed screens and retractable doors and he never followed up with them either. They went with another company. At this point I will have to call someone else to fix the screen (as it is now, I cannot open and close the screen). Just not good service.

Our old security door literally fell apart last month handle came loose mesh was torn just a mess…read more I called Boss Security Screens after seeing a local ad. Guy answered quick said he could come by Friday. He showed up maybe 10 minutes late which was fine. Measured everything explained the options without pushing the expensive one. Price seemed fair so I said go ahead. Install took about two hours. They had to drill a couple new holes because my frame wasn't perfectly square but they made it work. Door feels sturdy locks tight. Not gonna say it changed my life but it's solid and does what it's supposed to. Only tiny issue was they left a few screws on the groun I picked them up myself no big deal.
