He followed up by texting pictures of what he had available. The customer service was so good that I knew I would book with him, no matter the cost. Once I paid (I booked the Sprinter), Jack followed up with my drivers name, phone number and picture, and confirmed that the driver would arrive at the time I had requested. Our driver was Charles and he was AMAZING!!! Since he was 30 minutes early, I was able to sneak out and set up our champagne bottles and flutes, which Charles helped with. He talked to us, made us laugh and was very engaging, even remembering the Brides name. Overall, the experience was amazing and I'll definitely be booking again!!!

The vehicle that showed up didn't have any seat belts, and when I called to inquire they said the other vehicle was being serviced for AC. I would have liked to know earlier only because the seat belt issue was so pivotal and it put people in an uncomfortable spot trying to decide whether to pass on a really fun holiday family time or just take a risk with babies on board. This bus was also dirty from use, visible dust on seats & dust coming out of AC vents. There were several tech issues that made the day-of confusing (Google calendar invites for the ride canceling, then moving from our scheduled time from 6pm to 4pm, a different driver from the original text message, and the driver telling me tip wasn't included though I certainly had paid the 20% up front). Our driver was patient and accommodating (Melvin) to the confusion while I called the company to figure out next steps, and after the ride when I showed him I already pre-paid his tip. All in all the front end of this company was great, the back end was kind of a mess. To their credit, they did offer a full refund to me if I didn't take the ride and were apologetic. I'd go with another company if you need something super specific like seat belts and want better communication up front if things change with your ride.

He took us to our hotel in Arlington. He gave us tips and tricks about the area surrounding the hotel and the AT&T stadium. He recommended a place for us to wine and dine prior to the show. We took his advice and it was great! He even checked on us DURING the show. He picked us up promptly after, and delivered us safely back to our hotel. The car provided was a nice luxury SUV. It was in pristine condition. It was stocked with bottled water, mints, kleenex... all of the things that one wound expect. I highly recommend this company.
