They are prompt, easy to coordinate with & have some of the best vehicles on the road. As a treat we used to take their stretch limos to DFW airport to embark on a trip to a favorite resort in Mexico or on a cruise. We would enjoy a bottle of cold champagne with cheese & crackers on the 40 min drive over there. We loved to start our vacations as soon as possible! Although we still drink champagne we have scaled down our transportation to their luxurious black Lincoln Navigator. The drivers always contact us with their ETA when they're on their way & are always on time & polite. We probably hire them twice a year for trips to the airport & couldn't be happier with their level of service.

Day of the wedding came and the vehicles we contracted did come but in stead of staggered departures they left at the same time and this left 30-40 guests stuck at the hotel to find their way to the venue. We called him and tried to find a solution only to be told they were already on their way to another pick up. Jason could have cared less about trying to help us! Had to start the wedding late and that threw everything off. Guest's had to find their own Uber/Lyft which was not what we wanted at all and we were finally able to use the hotel's small bus to bring some guests out to the venue. (no bueno bro.) Welcome Alex, at American Transport. I called at 8 PM, he answered the call on the third ring, and set up a 4:30 P.M. pickup time. Cost of the airport ride? $45 ... that is about right. 4:30 flips on my phone, then my phone starts ringing. "I am out front, come out when you are ready." Seriously? Seriously! Thank you for punctuality. That is very cool. I go out expecting a cab, oh no, this is a limo, not a stretch mind you but a limo none the less, tan and classy. Alex is very professional, there is a marked difference between someone who is just driving you around, and a businessman who is looking to make sure that he satisfies a client so that he can grow and keep business - Alex is a businessman. The drive itself, Alex asked if I was in a hurry, and I wasn't. The ride was sweet, the seats comfortable, even on the crummy construction road, I didn't notice the bumps. Alex noticed that I am a talker so we had a pleasant conversation as well. I will be using American Transport for future needs, and I recommended them to my coworkers.
