I had a last minute idea to surprise my friend with a nice ride to go wedding dress shopping. He followed up by texting pictures of what he had available. The customer service was so good that I knew I would book with him, no matter the cost. Once I paid (I booked the Sprinter), Jack followed up with my drivers name, phone number and picture, and confirmed that the driver would arrive at the time I had requested. Our driver was Charles and he was AMAZING!!! Since he was 30 minutes early, I was able to sneak out and set up our champagne bottles and flutes, which Charles helped with. He talked to us, made us laugh and was very engaging, even remembering the Brides name. Overall, the experience was amazing and I'll definitely be booking again!!!
