This place was easy to make a free evaluation appointment and I was able to immediately schedule her for boarding the next day. It also helped to ease my mind with the many photos seen on their social media and phone call/text updates when requested. I also got to briefly meet the owner who was very nice! I definitely recommend adding a spa bath on pick up day. I also love the cute bandana that was given to Boba each time! I will definitely continue using this as a safe boarding option for my dog when necessary.

We brought our pup to her so she could evaluate what was going on, and when he came home, she walked us through a step by step process that allowed him to be confident being home alone again. I was seriously concerned that we wouldn't be able to leave him alone ever again, but Elena knew what to do, and encouraged us to patiently stick with the program. We found Deonte, the owner of Sophie Ann's Pet Aftercare, and we are so grateful that we did. Deonte was incredibly compassionate and understanding, and he kindly worked with our schedule during such a difficult time. When the moment came, Deonte and his wife took the time to explain everything to us in detail, patiently answering our questions and helping us understand what to expect. Dr. Moore and his assistant were also very gentle, kind, and compassionate throughout the entire process. They gave us the time and space we needed to grieve and say our final goodbye to our precious baby. Although letting him go was heartbreaking, we find comfort in knowing that he crossed the rainbow bridge peacefully in the comfort of his own home, surrounded by love. Thank you, Deonte, your wife, Dr. Moore, and your assistant, for treating our baby with such tenderness, dignity, and care. You helped us through one of the most painful moments of our lives, and we will always be grateful for that.
