Kicks Dunkin Donuts butt! I had time between meetings and decided to take my 2 year old son to check out our local donut shop for the first time. We hadn't been out much due to Covid. But wow this place was amazing! There is definitely a morning rush that wipes them out of favorites but that doesn't even matter with the unique selection. They even fill donuts with your flavor of choice. We got a half dozen and hung out at the shop. Everyone that come in in the 30 min we were there were obviously regulars and the owner recognized all of them. My strawberry frosted donut was great and my son devoured his chocolate frosted. I recently moved to Woodstock and as a donut connoisseur/enthusiast, I have been checking out all the donut places in the near vicinity. I have checked out three spots prior to Donut Lane and I have been underwhelmed for the most part. So when I pulled up to Donut Lane, I had low expectations based on appearance, mainly the awning need to be replaced desperately. However, the inside was nice, clean and simple. The staff was friendly and there was a good selection of classic donuts. The donuts were the best I have had since moving to Woodstock. The were all very fresh, airy, great flavor. I especially loved the maple bar with vanilla cream. Reminded me of a favorite donut from my childhood. Will definitely come back! read more

My new donut go to location. The selections are great! I like the fact that jelly or creamed filled donuts, are filled, after you order them vs other locations where, fillings have already been added while they sit on the shelf/trays. Very friendly atmosphere. read more

Always looking for local and fresh when we travel. We ordered from this gem thru DD, and even on a delivery order they were above the bar! First, the eggs on the bacon, egg and cheese crossaint was perfect...a rare skill that is so overlooked in the food biz. The eggs were light, fluffy, and so tender. NO RUBBERY OVERCOOKED EGG! We are off to an amazing start here. Coffee...fresh, hot. The glazed donut? Sublime. You know it's a great place with great people when you can taste the care. OMG these are amazing !!! I think my office ate every single one of them. We usually have extra when I buy any other donut shop, however not these!! They loved them ! The BEST cronuts and breakfast sandwiches on croissant in town. Great customer service, cleanliness, options, and prices are comparable and reasonable. We came here in a whim one Sunday before church and it has become our favorite pre-church tradition. The owners and staff are always so kind, our super picky kids love the BEC croissant (my favorite!), and my husband lives for the cronuts and the SEC burrito. The sour cream donut is delicious as well. Food is always fresh and cooked to order. We love supporting small local businesses and we love donut lane! read more

Absolutely love this place! Their donuts are fantastic and their breakfast sandwiches are even better! They only have two large booths and one small booth, so if they are busy, you'll have to get your food to go. This place is close to my house so I thought we'd grab a couple donuts. I went in and asked for a eclair and was asked what filling I'd like which surprised me a little. I asked for the custard, they grabbed the donut and went in the back and filled it. Not only was it large but delicious and fresh tasting. Something Dunkin doesn't have anymore. Go early though by 9:30am selection is way down. read more

I visited this place a few weeks ago because my neighbor was raving about the bacon donut. I wasn't impressed. The donuts are overpriced, dry and they have a $5 minimum in order for you to use a credit/debit card. I can never understand a business that wants to pass on its credit card fees/business expenses to its customers. Who carries cash these days??!! I really only wanted one donut. And customers should not be forced to purchase $5 or more of donuts that are slightly larger than those mini donuts that are sold six in a pack for a $1. If you can't afford to eat the credit card fee rethink opening a business! Krispy Kreme, not to worry. Your crown is safe. I have not returned. read more

Outstanding donuts. The regular glazed are always my favorite and Donut Lane does not disappoint. They are quite thick with just the right amount of heft to them. The Cinnamon Rolls and Apple Fritters were also a hit as were the Sour Cream donuts. Highly recommend treating your sweet tooth here. read more

This place is 5 mins from our house and just found out about this place a month ago after driving past it many times. We had heard from a friend they were struggling due to covid so we made a visit. Our family are donut snobs ;-p and after a local fav in Woodstock closed a few years ago we'd been struggling to find our sweet spot. We definitely found it here, donuts are fresh, large portions they're amazing and staff is super friendly and the place was very clean. We place a large order for each staff meeting we have at my business (bi weekly) and they absolutely nail it every time. I'm always up for trying a non dunkin donut shop and this one didn't disappoint. At a glance, the store was super clean. The girls working were friendly and both wore masks (A+ for that). Picked up an assorted half doz for my family and hoped for the best. There was a good variety but I kept it pretty simple to test the waters. Got a few basics like raised glaze (hubs), chocolate and strawberry sprinkle(kids) and all were yum ( even the strawberry which I normally hate).But I always try at least one specialty donut. Today that was red velvet and it was delicious! It was thinly iced and not too sweet and soooo moist. The few donut holes they toss in were a treat as well. I will for sure be back. Finger licking good doughnuts. My daughter who usually does not eat doughnuts love love these doughnuts. She like to get them and take them to school to share.
