Go to Dunkin all the time, this one was the worst. Workers had bad attitudes, and were upset when we asked them to cut the avacado toast in half. When we got our food, the toast wasn't even toasted, and the snackin bacon I got was cold. I went back in to let them know and he tried to tell me it's supposed to be served cold?? First I want to say that when we arrived we waited 5 min and no one answered at the intercom until I said hello, I order three coffees. They did not have the labels on which coffee was which and I didn't get my receipt. The coffee didnt have any of the flavors I asked for it was just bitter coffee with cream no sugar or French vanilla sweetener! Not a great place. The workers here view it as another job. I've been here a few times (not often), but the workers never seem glad to be there. My hot food and drink always comes out so-so. Some of the tables are clean, some have crumbs. Usually there's a worker (maybe on break, maybe before or after their shift) hanging out on their phone on a side table. I come when I have a gift card. Otherwise, no interest here. I suggest you get your breakfast food & drink elsewhere. read more

Every time I come here I regret it. First there were 2 male worker smoking in the back right outside of the ordering area. When I pulled up to pay and get my coffee the smoke smell was so strong I had to close my window. Then I ordered a simple decaf americano with steamed cream and French vanilla. They handed me a black americano. No cream. No syrup. I had to walk in. The guy told me they don't steam cream. Ok that's fine...but why did you not give me any cream or syrup. Not to be confused with Munchkin Donuts which is where your kids go. I grabbed a quick hot chocolate here because it was actually cold in Atlanta. Can you imagine? WOW. We went to this location for bagles and cream cheese and coffee. I have been to Dunkins all over the country and ordered the same things. We got our bagles and opened them and they barely had any cream cheese on them and when i say barely i mean barely. I went up to the counter where i was ignored for a few seconds while the 3 people behind the counter chatted and then one of them asked what i wanted. I showed her the bagle and asked her to put some cream cheese on it and her response was that i had to pay extra for more cream cheese which i had never heard before in my long life. I said its just cream cheese and she asked if i wanted to talk to her manger and i responded "for cream cheese". Their behavior was not rude but mocking like it was a joke which set me off and I was rude to them which i regret. But their lack of customer service and mocking attitude turned my normally patient demeanor into something i am not. This kind of lack of respect and poor service is mostly due to bad parenting and management of the establishment. If they refuse to put a few cents worth of cream cheese that you already paid for on your bagle, then i know why they have such poor review rating. read more

Made a mobile pickup order and waited 5 minutes for someone to help us then waited another 10 for it to be ready. Then they messed up order completely and they had a bunch of flour on one of the donuts. Then on top of that when I came to swap out my donuts cause the order was wrong there was nobody there I just heard people talking in the back. By far the BEST location for friendly service. This location always provide excellent customer service. Regardless of whether or not I'm in drive they or going inside, the morning staff is always pleasant. This location is the busiest during the mornings being off of Cobb Parkway, but so worth the wait to make your mornings more enjoyable. read more

This is my least favorite Dunkin' Donuts. I am an avid user of the mobile app - and every time I come here they never have the order either made or made correctly. This morning I made a simple frozen caramel med coffee order. I got ignored for 5 minutes while I waited at the to go line and when I was finally able to get a hold of the guy at the front he acted like it was my fault. Smh. For a much better experience I'd strongly recommend the one on Barrett Pkwy in front of the Ridenour neighborhood - better service and they have a friendly staff. read more

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. They fill your order with whatever they please and don't notify you about substitutions. Their donuts are not fresh. I'm guessing they fill your order with whatever is left over from the night/day before. when you try to contact the manager he argues relentlessly with you rather than correct their mistakes. This location used to be my favorite because they were fast and had full availability of fresh donuts. Unfortunately over the last six months service has gotten slower and availability of donuts and bagels has depleted. Today was the worst experience by far. I was there a total of 14 mins with only one person in front of me who ordered a bagel and coffee, and all I ordered was a regular coffee with cream and caramel sauce. From the time my order was taken it took 9 mins to get my coffee (I know this because I looked at the receipt to see what time it was as I was meeting my sister across the street at 11:30 and noticed the time stamp was off so took note of the correct time). The young staff was focused on goofing off and got distracted from orders to engage in a game of chase with each other. I gave two stars instead of one because once I got the coffee it was good and I do love this chains coffee. I thought this location was on yelp already but tried finding and I couldn't so I took the time to add it because over the few visits I've noticed many others customers struggling with poor service and my hope is with the support of yelp others will give feedback and the business owners will work to adjust their service to better serve us Dunkin' Donuts lovers! read more

I went to this location a few times last week before work. They got my order wrong twice. I went on Friday morning and ordered a medium iced macchiato with whatever flavoring. I was given the COMPLETE wrong drink, a large black iced coffee. (I was in a rush so I didn't check it, but she did say the correct thing handing it to me so I didn't think much of it.) I also asked for a receipt and the lady just stared at me so I drove off. By the time I even noticed it was the wrong size I was 10 minutes away :( partially my fault for not double checking, but she said the correct thing as she handed it to me... this dunkin location is just a mess. there's some new manger i guess but every single time i go here something goes wrong. i like creamer and almond milk in my iced coffees and i clearly state this multiple times so they don't forget and still i end up with just plain iced coffee. i also asked for a plan bagel one time and got an onion bagel??? is that even a thing? because it tasted like i was biting into an onion. and the one time they did give me a plain bagel it had SO MUCH cream cheese on it. i had to sit in my car and scrape most of it off. ugh. won't ever go to this location again. read more
