This is the 3rd time I visited the Woodstock, GA Krispy Kreme location. 3 different days, months apart, and at different times. They were out of glazed donuts on all 3 visits. It's almost laughable at this point. I don't think its unreasonable to expect a donut shop to have donuts. I shared feedback the first visit, and received a coupon. I am unable to explain what has happened to KK and my hope is that this is isolated to the location. Staff was friendly enough. They simply didn't have what I wanted due to weird circumstances and a lack of planning to have product available. My latest two visits to KK resulted in no sale and I had to go to DD across the street to buy donuts. Both times I visited the store around 8AM to buy donuts as a special treat for the Holiday season. The first time I was informed that the "system" was down and they were unable to conduct any sales. It seems the skill to add and calculate tax manually to a total has been lost, so cash is not a viable alternative without a computing system to calculate the amount to pay. The second trip, a couple of weeks later, there were no glazed donuts available and there would not be any ready for 2.5 hours at 10:30 AM that day. We came when the hot sign was on and it's just so satisfying to watch those donuts come down the conveyer belt and go through the sugar waterfall. I got a heart shaped glazed donut which is just like the regular glazed but a heart and no hole... But I ate it before the pic. The pic is also missing one lemon filled which was sweet yet slightly tart and lemon filling only in the middle. But there's a good bit of it. They have new cake batter & Oreo right now. Surprised to see no Halloween ones yet. Their donuts are soft & sweet & doughy. So good. They do have some cake like donuts though but I don't get those. They had plenty of donuts today even though it's 7pm on a Thursday. Krispy Kreme has ALWAYS been my favorite. No other donut adds up. I was sooo disappointed tonight! I ordered 2 chocolate cream filled donuts. They were oversized which was weird and had little to no crème. So, so disappointing! Whoever made them needs training. Money is hard to come by and this was a total waste!! The drive-thru line moves rather slow but service is good overall. The best part about Krispy Kreme is definitely their fresh, hot donuts. They are melt in your mouth deliciousness. The original glazed is the best, hands down. The seasonal donuts are also a favorite. read more

I have been to this location about 6 times in the last 4 months. I don't not own a donut shop, but in order to turn a profit it might be good to have a variety of donuts, besides 1 or 2 options such as plain glazed or lemon. I would think most people would prefer chocolate glazed, and maybe a few other options. Just about every time I've been in the last 4 months, no such luck. If the HOT light is on....it doesn't mean anything. Average service at best. I came by 5/29/24 at 6:30pm EST to use a coupon and requested a dozen hot glazed and got 13 cold donuts. I experienced multiples years of never turning on the HOT sign by store workers. Corporate has removed the customer service number to complain and I messaged them 4 times in 5 years and never got a comment, a return call or letter to even acknowledge my concern or caring to have the problem fixed. The woman with the dirty tattoos in the drive thru was very rude. The first time I was at the window and asked to scan for my reward she kept saying she couldn't hear me when I was practically yelling. Then she told me she couldn't scan for my reward so she took my number instead. Even then I didn't receive my free donut so I went back a second time and she said I needed to order it at the intercom and basically to come back another time to get it. Her attitude was egregious. This location is FILTHY . The windows and doors look like they have not been clean in weeks. The display cabinet had dirty empty trays and the glass was smeared with icing. There were random donut pieces, and powdered sugar /icing covering the floors in the kitchen. The countertop next to the cash register was covered with powdered sugar and icing. In 1937 Vernon Rudolph along with two friends started a donut company with a "secret" recipe from he had obtained from his Uncle. The trio were so cash strapped that the ingredients to make his first batch of donuts were actually donated by a local grocer. Fast forward 80 years with over 1000 locations in over 25 countries the company now sells about 1.7 million dozen dozens a year. (If my math is correct that's about 20,400,000 a year.) This location off of highway 92 next to the Ruby Tuesday is located in an abandoned gas station. If you're going North on 92 just turn by the Ruby Tuesday and go behind the restaurant to get to the Krispy Kreme. In fact the couple of times I've been here I had to park in the Ruby Tuesday parking lot and walk up the hill because the Krispy Kreme lot was completely full and I couldn't even make it to the restaurant because the drive thru was so backed up. Have no worries...the folks here know what they're doing. They have an employee out in the parking lot directing traffic and inside they move the lines pretty quickly. (This Sunday morning I was 12th in line and I think I was in and outta there in about 8 minutes tops!) Of course friendly service and clean restaurants are the Krispy Kreme hallmark. Today is Easter and have guests from Germany , so I decide to have breakfast with them with my favourite donuts. Huge disappointment came after 20 minutes waiting at drive -through with 5-6 cars in front of me !!! Anybody guess what they tried to sell my for 15.99 ?
