Delicious donuts with very large serving - too much to eat in one sitting! Would be great for a group.

Everything on the menu looked so appetizing, so you can bet that I had a hard trying to pick what to order. I'm a huge sucker for fusion type food, so I went with their Brisket & Mac burrito, which had beef brisket, mac and cheese, bacon, crispy onions. I added on an avocado for $1. For my side, I got their Cosmic fries which consisted of bacon, cheese, and their Cosmic sauce which is their original recipe. I can see why it's called "cosmic," because every bite is so heavenly! (But fun fact: it's named after a band and song). The food is also reasonably priced considering that what I ordered could easily feed two people! The service was also the best! Josh took our order and prepared our food and did an excellent job. I also got the chance to meet one of the owners, Charlie. Super cool guy! They're the kindest, most easy going people you'll ever know!

We had their burritos and Mac in cheese while they were at Estuary on a Tuesday night. I had the veggie burrito add chicken as a way to get more vegetables than their other burritos seem to offer. We also shared a brisket Mac n cheese hold the bacon since someone in our party doesn't eat pork and we were sharing it. Even with the 'special orders' the food was ready almost before we could turn around to wait for our food!! It was delicious too- we will add this food truck to our rotation!

The prices are also super reasonable, which makes it even better. I've tried the carnitas, shrimp, asada, and the queso. The shrimp taco is hands-down my favorite--so flavorful and perfectly cooked! If I had to pick one thing to skip, it would be the queso. It just didn't hit the mark for me. Overall, this is an easy, tasty go-to spot that I'll definitely keep coming back to!

From the moment we approached the truck, the smell was intoxicating--spices, smoky meats, and fresh ingredients. The menu had a fantastic variety of tacos, burritos, tortas, and quesadillas, and everything sounded mouthwatering. My husband decided to go with the carne asada burrito, and let me tell you, they didn't t disappoint him...He said that the asada was perfectly seasoned and the meat was tender and juicy. I ordered the veggie burrito with fries. Both were absolutely tasty, fresh and not greasy at all. We will definitely be back for more next time we stay in Mount Pleasant. If you're craving authentic Mexican street food, Cachita's Kitchen is an absolute must-try! Highly recommend! My only regret was not taking any pictures! We couldn't wait a second longer to taste our delicious food! TIP: CALL BEFORE ARRIVING TO THIS ADDRESS. He does switch spots. He will respond or text you back with the address.

We're lucky to have food trucks near our neighborhood, and this is the first time I've seen the red Polska truck. Luckily, we ordered on line, because when we went to pick ours up, we bypassed the line of hungry folks. We brought ours home and feasted. Yum!

I've only had frozen pierogis and my husband never had them before, so this was a new dish for us. I really appreciated having two vegetarian pierogi options, as Polish food is typically meat-heavy. The sauerkraut and mushroom pierogis were flavorful and my favorite of the two. I also tried the cucumber salad, which was light and refreshing, as it is cucumbers marinated in a yogurt sauce (not a typical greens/lettuce salad). Both the pierogis and cucumber salad were perfect for soaking up the booze at Charleston Beer Fest. The only downside is that they call your name when the food is ready, and I wish they used a beeper system, especially at festivals so folks don't feel like they have to stand beside the truck. We saw that Krystyna's is opening a deli soon, and I'm happy that it's in West Ashley since businesses seem to skip us lately and open in Nexton or North Mount Pleasant. I can't wait to try the deli and would also recommend and dine at the food truck again too.
