We recently had our entire roof replaced, and I can't say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The crew arrived early--around 6:30 AM--and had the entire job completed by 2 PM the same day. We were amazed by how efficient and organized the team was without sacrificing quality. The roof looks absolutely fantastic. Every detail was handled with care, and they left our property spotless afterward (no nails or debris left behind). Everyone was super friendly and respectful and answered all of our questions.

However, that was two months ago and absolutely no communications from the company have been forthcoming. This does not appear to be a professional approach, i.e., if the company decided against providing an estimate then the company should have informed the potential customer. One good note: the rep (female) who gathered the data was well informed.

Clark Roofing & Siding provided excellent and exemplary service for my roof replacement yesterday…read more From beginning to end the process was seamless, organized, well-engineered, and done with precision and promptly. Before choosing Clark's Roofing and Siding service, I called over 10 roofing companies to get estimates and that meant listening to presentation after presentation about the types of products they offered and methods used in comparison to their competitors. The significantly lower quotes looked very appealing, but I realized there was a catch that would translate to significantly higher costs. Conversely, Mr. Clark of Clark's Roofing and Siding's level of professionalism and transparency was bar none. He inspected the roof from the outside as well as the inside. In fact, of all the companies, Mr. Clark was the only one who detected a ventilation problem AND a leak that stemmed from issues from the roof. He showed me the leak and pointed out the origin of the leak and ventilation issues in an understandable way. His presentation of his company's product offerings, workmanship, warranties, explanation of his services, associated costs, and resolutions to my concerns were completed in a reasonable time. Yesterday, quality products and services were used for my roof replacement. Mr. Clark, his staff, and the level of services performed surpassed my expectations. I paid for great quality and peace of mind that will last over 30 years. I will without a doubt refer many people to Clark's Roofing and Siding. You do indeed get what you've paid for!

I Will recommend him to my friends and family.

They ripped off the old roof and put down all new plywood and high quality shingles. All this was done in a 2 day time period. There was even rain happening towards the end of the first day but their workers were diligent. Even though overnight the rain became torrential, they still finished when they said they would and the roof looks fabulous. Top quality work. I actually got 3 quotes for this job and Pro Roofing came in as the lowest quote as well so we were able to upgrade our shingle selection and still come in lower priced than the others. Nothing but great things to say about this company. I will stress again that their communication was absolute spot on. You will do yourself a huge favor by including them in your roofing needs process. They came to me highly recommended and I'm very happy to recommend them to others. Great job guys!

A few months ago - I can't remember where I was but the owner saw my review and called me on the phone to discuss it. He was upset because he couldn't believe what he read in my review. We had a very pleasant phone conversation where he said he had his business or office manager look up my account, look up what they sent me and he just didn't understand Bc that wasn't his practice. I can't change what happened - and the fact those nail holes in the shingles were never mentioned to me as the issue stands. But I mentioned I had them do repairs for me before and they'd always been good. His calling me on the phone Bc he was upset about what he saw online and he wanted to discuss it and correct it or figure out what I was talking about tells me that is someone who takes a lot of pride in their business, their work, and their reputation. He was nice on the phone. He handled it well. And I respect that. I would return to them in the future for any roofing needs.
