We agreed on the price, he then sent me a contract via email indicating the terms discussed. I signed the contract and emailed it back. He called to say he misspoke, he meant 2" not 3". Now he's the owner and should know what he says. Been waiting a month so far and he won't return voicemails or texts. Completely lied, wasted my time and then ghosted me. I don't have a clue why he operates this way. I would highly recommend to anyone not to hire Rudy because he is dishonest. I have the call logs and contract to prove it. He is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Possibly the worst contractor I've ever dealt with in my life.

When searching for a power wash company I reverted back to a previous company that did a good job…read more However, I called a few others because I wanted the job done quickly! Pricing was secondary. I also looked at reviews prior to my calls. Power Clean Pros was the only company that picked up when I called. They agreed to my timeline of an estimate ASAP! The others had machines and did return calls the next day. The company rep Cole was out within 30 minutes. He surveyed the walk and the area on the brick wall that had mold from a shed that previously sat there. The cost was much higher than I expected at $250, but a quick turnaround was desired. Two days later Cole came out with truck and trailer and went to work. He has all of his own equipment and just requested a water source. Within an hour or so the job was done and looked excellent. There were a few minor areas on the wall that I discussed with him. He was willing to come back. It was explained that pressure on brick is a fine line to not damage. He erred on the conservative side. The company does not take credit cards, so its cash, or check. I was not available when the job concluded and mailed a check. I would use them again and return.

Our front porch steps needed replaced due to water damage. Bob came out and I described what needed…read moredone. I told him that I wanted plastic boarding to be used. He said ok, he will get back to me with a proposal & price in a couple days. I got his proposal via email. It had the amount and he said it would take 2 days to complete. He started work 3 days later. After working on the first steps, he said that he didn't include plastic boarding for the sides of the steps and he would not pay for it. So I had to research and find out who carried the plastic boards, order and pay for them online before he would pick them up. It cost me an extra $70 above the proposed cost for the work. He made a mistake with the bottom plastic board (cut too short). So he had to get another at his cost. But he cut it too short also. He then asked me if he could paint or caulk it to make it look better. I told him that I wanted the plastic board to go the full length across the bottom of the steps, so it would look right. He got mad, drove off, got another piece of plastic, came back & installed it "improperly" and left without letting us know he was done with the job. I do not trust him to repair it correctly, even though his invoice states (1) one year warranty on workmanship. My neighbor and I will repair his faulty work on our own time. I would not recommend Bob's Jobs for work of any kind to anyone! Bruce Jenkins 1212 Burlington Road Virginia Beach, VA
