We recently had our entire roof replaced, and I can't say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The crew arrived early--around 6:30 AM--and had the entire job completed by 2 PM the same day. We were amazed by how efficient and organized the team was without sacrificing quality. The roof looks absolutely fantastic. Every detail was handled with care, and they left our property spotless afterward (no nails or debris left behind). Everyone was super friendly and respectful and answered all of our questions.

A few months ago - I can't remember where I was but the owner saw my review and called me on the phone to discuss it. He was upset because he couldn't believe what he read in my review. We had a very pleasant phone conversation where he said he had his business or office manager look up my account, look up what they sent me and he just didn't understand Bc that wasn't his practice. I can't change what happened - and the fact those nail holes in the shingles were never mentioned to me as the issue stands. But I mentioned I had them do repairs for me before and they'd always been good. His calling me on the phone Bc he was upset about what he saw online and he wanted to discuss it and correct it or figure out what I was talking about tells me that is someone who takes a lot of pride in their business, their work, and their reputation. He was nice on the phone. He handled it well. And I respect that. I would return to them in the future for any roofing needs.

A few days later, I called because I still had not received the quote. I waited a week, and still no quote. I called twice and left a message to request the quote, but never heard back. What a waste of time for them to come out twice for no reason.

After getting estimates from about 5 different companies, Fixit Express was more than 50% cheaper and Bill, the owner I believe, was very professional when I spoke with him on the phone. Since all the other companies were way more expensive, I decided to go with Fixit Express. They seemed to be booked up so they couldn't schedule my house until a week out from when I called, which was fine considering how much money i was saving. I also am the property manager of this house and do not live in the area, but I was conveniently able to pay for the service online through Intuit, a secure payment software I can trust. Bill and his crew arrived at the time they were scheduled and were done in about an hour! The job looked great and am very satisfied. I would highly recommend Fixit Express for home repairs and Bill will definitely be my go to guy from now on. The only reason why I took one star off is because no one followed up with me with a phone call to tell me the job was done, but I drove by an hour after the scheduled time expecting them to still be there but it was all done!

I had a leaking window on my rental property in Virginia Beach. I needed the outside leak fixed and inside repaired. I got told "small jobs aren't worth me driving out there so it's easier if I just fix it on the spot". I told him I live in DC and can't nor will I authorize that and this was not going to be a 1 day job. I got told he'd talk to my tenant on the following Friday. My tenant never got a call so I can only assume nobody showed up. I guess an $8000 job is too small for these ppl. Must be nice to not have to worry about small jobs or to just blow off ppl . Two stars because the limited conversation the guy was polite.

They also directly sprayed exterior outlets and my Ring doorbell, causing permanent damage and costing me an additional $100 to repair and replace. When I reached out to them about my complain they were incredibly defensive- despite me making it clear I wasn't asking for a discount- and insisted that I couldn't prove they caused any of the damage, that it was the paint making it look dirty instead of them missing any areas, and that it was unfair of my to post any reviews without allowing them to come back and touch up the missed areas. On my first negative review they responded by exposing my personal information in retaliation.
