I was recently rear ended on my way to work. To my dismay, my car had a hole punched into the…read morebumper from the frame of the vehicle that hit me - so very disruptive to the German styling of my Passat. Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).

After 181,000 miles, my 2014 Tesla Model S suffered damage to her hood and bumper. Having taken my cars to PAW for nearly two decades with incredibly excellent results, I had no hesitancy about trusting their award-winning abilities. My insurer (State Farm) immediately approved them, PAW saw me with no delay, and all I needed to do was drop my car off and pay the deductible when picking my Baby up after repairs were timely completed. The friendly and courteous staff made the entire experience stress-free and, as usual, their work was exceptional. I should mention I had PAW detail my S while the repairs were being done. My girlfriend was astounded with the result, telling me the car looked as if it were "two days old!" Please consider them the next time collision, paint or detailing work is needed!

I needed a rear bumper…read morereplaced from a small rear-ending incident, and after getting estimates around the area, I settled on getting the job done at Govani's. The repair was fairly simple, just needed the part replaced and then a paint job to match the rest of the car. Roy gave me a MUCH smaller estimate than any other shop in the area, PLUS he got the work done in 2 hours, when everywhere else quoted me 2 days! They did an excellent job with the repair and paint - looks like new! This is a very small shop, so talk with them to see if they'll be able to do your repair. I would at least get an estimate from here to compare with other places, especially if you're looking to save a buck, because in my experience it really paid off. There aren't very many reviews on this place right now - I wouldn't trust the other one star review since it's from some fake namer with no real info attached to it, and the other 5-star review is from the business itself. So hopefully my review helps you a little bit - like I said, I came in for a quick bumper replacement, and this was the quickest, cheapest, and easiest place to get it done that I found in the area.

To complicate matters further, it was 4th of July weekend during Summerfest - which makes for very busy auto body shops. The first place we took it wanted $3200 - which is a lot more than the van is worth, but it was the kind of place that fixes everything like new - which doesn't make sense for a 15 year old vehicle. Leonard Auto Body was willing to bang out some of the dents rather than replacing the fender, etc., which brought the price down to $1600, and most importantly to us - they were able to get our van back to us in plenty of time for our move even though they were backed up with work. We highly recommend Leonard Auto Body.

We got in sooner than their initial estimate, but the work took longer than the week they suggested. They had to fix things then paint, and it all looked to match perfectly. However, we noticed that weekend (once my husband had a passenger) that the front passenger door was hanging low and didn't match the line of the trim. We called to see what could have caused this since we didn't see this issue before we brought it in and the accident damaged the left driver side. We were told by the shop that it was that way when we brought it in. First off, NO. We even have a few pictures before we brought it in and that was not the case. As we didn't trust what they were saying, we took it to another body shop to get an estimate to fix this issue. Within a matter of minutes, they found that the bracket on the frame that holds the door shut wasn't screwed all the way in. They surmised that someone may have taken things apart on both sides to line things up when reassembling and perhaps didn't remember to screw that part in. They fixed it on the spot for no charge.
