He always looked good before. When I picked up my dog from his grooming at Barks and Bubbles, he looked like the groomer decided not to follow the notes and give him a poodle cut. The groomer then blamed it on the notes. Additionally, they didn't shorten his nails until I asked whether they had ground the nails instead of clipped them. They responded with, "oh, we didn't. Let's grind them now." All that and $155 bill. I'm sorry, but I probably won't return.

As a last ditch attempt, we set up an appointment and brought her in for the works. Beforehand, we gave her anxiety medication to better the odds of a successful trim. Our pup had a really tough time reigning in her fears and scratched Melia, the groomer. Reinforcements were called in and in the end, our dog looks great and is prancing around and more playful than ever. It was apparent that Melia kept her cool and didn't further traumatize our pup. Our dog doesn't have a nik and wasn't itching to get away from Melia or her backup helper Michelle. All in all it was a great experience. We'll be returning and bringing our little puppy as well. I'd definitely recommend NW Muddy Puppy if you want individualized and compassionate care for your canine family member.

Not only do they do a terrific job on our little diva - they are loving and affectionate with her. "Chanel" is a very nervous Nelly, and has the propensity to stress out and snap while being groomed. Julia and Richard take their time with her; they speak soothingly to her and offer constant reassurance throughout the grooming process. Not only do we get a clean, sweet smelling girl, she looks gorgeous too. They have also bathed and groomed our very docile cat. We highly recommend this business!

We got Cooper at the last minute when a puppy became available and Barbara was very helpful and got him to us ASAP!
