They replaced the crown due to their error but I also kept mentioning how it's too bulky in the back. Finally, at my last visit they put the crown back in and shoved a tablet in my face asking me to sign because after this they won't fix my crown anymore. Well guess what... it still feels horrible. Now I have to reach out to a new dentist to try and fix this mess of a crown. Please, do not come here for any sort of dental work whatsoever. They need to be more proficient in crowns especially calling themselves "crown dental". I would change the business name because it's very misleading for anyone wanting a quality crown. Dr. Ness seemed more interested in making fun of the panhandle of Florida than fixing my tooth. Each time I came in he referred to it as the "Kentucky of Florida". I specifically asked the person on the phone what I needed to bring to the appointment I was told a valid ID and my insurance card. I get to the office 45 min early as I figure I have forms to fill out. The front desk lady was nice just not very helpful. She told me I needed a physical referral in order to be seen and I was told the oral surgeon wasn't even in the office. Why was I even put on the schedule then? I was told the front desk had called me but they informed me my line was "busy". I checked my phone record and I did not receive a call nor a voicemail. I have an Apple Watch and my phone on me at all times, so either something happened trying to call me or it was a straight up lie. And why call the day before and why not call back if the line was "busy". So, I get my referral sent to me from my dentist in 10 min to show them just to hear that the oral surgeon won't be in until end of September which would not work for me. So I asked if they knew of any other locations that will have a surgeon in office sooner. Front desk simply said she did not know, did not offer to help me find different western dental that could do it. I work in healthcare and working with patients is part of the job even if you are scheduling. So I simply said thank you for your time and said I would call around. In contrast to that experience I called a different dentist office in network who was able to find me a oral surgeon that worked with my schedule and I did not even have to ask. I would avoid this place at all cost or any office that outsources their scheduling to a call center like this place. They tend to never be on the same page and if you are on a time crunch like myself it is a huge waste of time.

At the beginning of my appointment, Dr. Freer did some tests to first determine whether I need a root canal. I definitely needed one! I've never seen technology like this at any other dental studio. They have large tv monitors and small cameras where you can see your tooth up close while they work. The root canal took longer then expected which he later showed me was because I had long curvy roots with some calcification. I could tell he was taking his time to make sure everything was done correctly. He did not rush to finish up and get to the next patient. He seems like he really cares about the quality of his work not the quantity. I'm two days after my appointment and already feel my tooth is back to normal. Thank you!
