I wish I could give 5 stars because the actual dentist is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and does an amazing job of making sure you are informed and comfortable as a patient. I've had plenty of dentists, but none as patient as this one. The dental hygienists have also been great overall. Mel is AMAZING! I haven't seen her the last couple times I went but I hope she's still there. The reason I can't give higher than 4 stars is primarily due to the front office staff. They never seem to know what's going on and constantly give conflicting information. Every single time I've talked with them, either in person or on the phone, there's always some kind of issue. They've changed the pricing amount after giving me a different initial price, they've forgotten to send in insurance authorization (until I bugged them about setting up my next appt and found out they STILL hadn't even sent it in a MONTH after they were supposed to send it), left on hold multiple times where I'm sure they just forgot they had someone on the line. They've even scheduled and took payment for procedures the Dr. didn't approve and when I showed up for my appointment the Dr. and I were both extremely confused. I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication is happening, but it's an ongoing issue and becoming increasingly frustrating to have to deal with. I've even heard other patients telling the front office they are contradicting what the Dr. just told them and then the Dr. has to come out and re explain to both parties. It just seems like a waste of everyone's time for the front office to constantly not know what's going on. I'm not sure if the issue is lack of communication with the rest of the staff or if they're just very disorganized? The last thing patients need is another headache at the dentist. read more

What a great experience! After years of trying to find a good dentist I could trust I stumbled across this place and got so lucky! I got welcomed by a nice lady in the front and sat in a clean waiting room and they took right when my appointment was I didn't have to sit around and wait. After my first exam Dr Halabo issued a problem that I had with an old filling and took care of it right away, after another dentist wanted me to rush into a root canal right away he made better choice for me. Not to mention that their prices are a lot more affordable than any other office I have gone to. The dental hygienist did such a good of cleaning my teeth! She recommended a deep cleaning something no other hygienist has done and made my gums feel so much better! Dr. Halabo is truly the best. With my wedding right around the corner and a tight schedule, I really wanted to brighten my smile in time for the big day. He went out of his way to accommodate me, made time for my appointment, and walked me through everything step by step so I felt completely comfortable. I noticed an immediate improvement after just the first whitening session, and knowing my teeth will continue to brighten over the next few days makes me even more excited. I was a previous patient of Dr. Carrillo who owned the practice previously. I had not been in a while due to COVID-19 restriction. The new doctor is a talented and very kind provider. Her name is Dr. Hangama K Sadat DDS (https://hksdental.com/meet-our-doctor/). She has very impressive credentials and an excellent bedside manner. The thing I really love about this practice is the excellent customer service from Reception to office manager to hygienists. They are bilingual in English and Spanish. They offer a really good payment plan through an independent credit system. I have to say I had been putting off getting some crowns due to the cost but their office manager made everything so easy. In these times it is also important to know that patient safety is being protected as it pertains to COVID-1. There are hand sanitizer stations at key areas. The Receptionists also make sure that everyone is masked when they come in. They manage dirty pens so that patients are not using the same pens without them being cleaned. As a healthcare worker and mom I have peace of mind knowing that I can take off my mask to have dental work completed in a safe environment. All staff have been vaccinated. The new and cool thing that you may notice if you came from Dr. Carrillo is that they have updated their technology. I was amazed at my fillings and crowns being ready to go almost immediately after they were put in. They make sure you are comfortable and demonstrate a genuine care for their patients. I purchased veneers that covered six teeth on the bottom right side of my mouth and they have broken three times. I spent $7,050.00 on these veneers.I charged the product on the credit card Alphaeon (14.99 % interest) that Dr. Hangama Kazem Sadat and team offer for their customers. Now I am being told that they cannot help me anymore. I am left still paying the debt of the defective/poor quality product that they sold to me.Not to mention all the pain I have endured in getting the work done .It is not right I thought I was buying quality veneers. Dr. Hangman's K Sadat and team have really let me down. I thought I hired professionals and paid for quality service that would improve my smile. They have false advertisement claiming they give exceptional dental care,experience spanning two decades,professionals, state of the art procedures and painless procedures. I feel taken advantage off. I am a senior on a fix income and with much sacrifice I am still making payments for my veneers on credit . I did not get a quality product or quality work. What am I going to do with $7,050.00 debt , broken veneer and horrible hole in my mouth. This business is horrible. Take your business elsewhere and do your research before trusting anyone. I am usually that person that avoids the dentist at all cost due to previous bad visits but I can say confidently that I will no longer be nervous on future appointments. I use to come here when Dr. Carrillo was the dentist and he was great and awesome staff. However since it is all new staff and dentist it has gone down hill. The dentist lacks professionalism, never fails to cancel the appointment that you have. I was originally scheduled on Monday the 28th, was called that due to a change in schedule I had to ve changed so I moved it to Thursday of that week. Today I get a call that they need to reschedule yet AGAIN because the dentist has a schedule conflict. I'm thinking she's trying to get an early start on her 4day labor day weekend. Anyway, just no. They are really not great there...my teeth cleaning didn't feel as good as it did with Dr. Carrillo. She even missed a cavity I had. Do your research and go somewhere with quality care and more professional dentist. read more
