So very convenient. I do not use this practice: while the office is well run, the cleanings are excellent and the location is very convenient - their intake forms, all nine of them are on a tablet in their office and/or the link is sent to your phone. For my husband, we had to fill out the forms 5+ times because the system keeps glitching and everything you filled out previously doesn't get saved. The forms cannot be filled out on paper and they literally cannot start treatment like take a x-ray without all the forms being filled out. I will start off by saying that the staff here are great. Very friendly and professional. The…read morecleanliness of the office is great, and well maintained. The low score is for the inconsistencies in who you get to care for you, and the poor quality of work. When I first went here I was advised thay I should replace two older metal fillings that I had done many years ago. I was reluctant because they were not bothering me and felt great, but decided to go through and get the newer fillings done. Schedule with the doc and come in on appointment day. Was told they would only do one filling that day and not two. Not sure why, but okay. Filling done and scheduled for second filling. Show up and told that another doctor will be doing the filling. Not over thrilled with having multiple doctors as they each have their own way of doing things. Second filling done and its poor quality work. Sharp edge left, and not properly grinded down for bite. Cant feel that though since my mouth is numb. Had to reschedule to have that fixed. Went back in months later for a cleaning and again have a different doctor who does my care. I prefer to have the same doctor all the time, but having a different doctor each visit left me disappointed. To make matters worse, I write this a couple years after getting the fillings. The filling from the second doctor cracked and pieces broke off while eating. Went to a different dentists office who fixed the cracked filling and made mention that the other filling which wad done here was done poorly and re-filled that knew. No problems with that procedure at all.

I now 5.9.23 just called again and Michael answered the phone very rushed and I started by asking " is it always busy" in which he said "yes" I felt as though he was rushing me which I didn't like. This place is horrific. I thought i was the only person but…read morei first looked at other reviews and they do the same thing 1) they overbook their patients then they cant find any time for them as they end up being booked for the whole year!! And good luck if they drained tour insurance already for this "whole appointment evaluation" 2) they will look for all ways to drain your insurance and of course the first appointment your time will be wasted because they will say "this is only evaluation" so expect to take your annual PTO off for their highness to actually get any clean up done! Oh and good luck finding an appointment that can actually work because they close their last patient at 3. Maybe they shouldnt do business My story: I requested an appointment for cleaning ( or cavities shall they find ) they told me uh oh we are going to take the entire first appointment for just evaluation and shall you need anything you will need another appointment. I said B.S - then i said ok.. what is your available times for a second appointment because for sure i will need at least cleaning/deep cleaning. She was booked for the rest of the year and found me 1-2 appointments that absolutely dont work with my schedule. So i requested to cancel the first appointment because whats the point! That was more than 40 hours in advance. They kept saying cancellation fee $60 . Now they keep sending me the statement of $60 despite the fact thst they know!!! They are the ones that cant find any available appointments for their clients. Taking my business out of this place and fighting the $60 because if they were any respectful place they would have waived it instead of begging for a $60. Stay away. Also they do want to find all reasons to drain the hell out of your insurance and more !
