I went for the first time to Dr. Fabriel Burquez. I just googled "dentist near me" and found his…read morename. One of my crowns had come off and needed to be glued back in. I called Dr. Burquez's office to see if they could help and if they could see me the same day. The person who answered the phone was incredibly kind and professional, and luckily, they were able to fit me in just a few hours later. I also asked for the price up front since I pay out of pocket and didn't want any surprises. The person on the phone gave me a straightforward answer, without playing the usual games like, "It depends on the crown," "We might need X-rays," or "We'll have to see the gums first." I've gotten quotes five times higher elsewhere, so hearing a clear and honest price was refreshing. When I arrived, I met the rest of the team -- two more girls at the front and the doctor's assistant -- and each one was nicer than the next. Then I met Dr. Burquez himself: kind, polite, and genuinely caring. Even though I was a brand-new patient coming in for what most would consider a small issue, he treated me like a VIP. While I was there, I also showed him a different tooth with a cracked crown. He took an X-ray -- free of charge -- and, because it was an implant under the crown, he recommended that I see a specialist just to make sure everything was stable. He could've easily just sold me a new crown and made some quick money, but instead, he gave me honest advice and even recommended two other doctors to consult. He and his staff took their time, no rush, no pressure -- even taking the time to search for their contact info. In the end, the price I paid was exactly what they quoted over the phone -- no hidden fees, no extra charges for the X-ray or the extra work (and it ended up being a full bridge, not just one crown). It's rare these days to find a doctor who actually cares about his patients, loves what he does, and isn't just in it for the money. Sadly, that's not the norm anymore -- but with Dr. Fabriel Burquez, it absolutely is. I can't recommend him enough. Highly recommended!
