At long last, we have finally found a dentist my husband loves. Dr. Conway is amazing as he put it. This is coming from a man who has severe anxiety going to the dentist. Everyone in this office is exceptionally friendly and efficient. So, happy we finally found the perfect dental office. read more

There are many dentists, and it could be hard to find a good dentist you can trust to have your teeth worked on. Dr. Conway's professionalism and quality of work are second to none. She is a highly trained and skilled dentist dedicated to enhancing your teeth and gums and providing you with a bright, beautiful smile. The office staff is excellent, and the experience is always fast and pain-free! I can go on and on about reasons to visit her, but give the office a call and meet Dr. Conway for yourself to see why this office differs from others. I love that Graphite Dental is a Black Woman-Owned business in San Diego. And while incredible strides have been made, more must be done to recognize, celebrate and support the female entrepreneurs in our communities. I am happy to give Dr. Conway and Graphite Dental my highest recommendation. Thank you for always being so kind and making every experience a great experience. read more

I love this place!! Dr. Conway is such a happy person and you can tell she loves what she does and it absolutely shows in her work! I never thought I'd feel comfortable at a dentist but with her, and her amazing team, I always feel I'm on the path to much better dental hygiene. I look forward to feeling confident in my smile again. And of course, with the help of her assistant, Oscar! Trust me, you want her as your dentist read more

Dr. Conway at Graphite Dental came recommended to me by my dad. He is right, I love her. She is gentle, thorough, and friendly and she addressed all my concerns. Oscar took my X-rays, and he was fast and painless. He also polished my teeth at the end of my visit. I had been with my previous dentist for over 20 years and I was reluctant to change, but I'm glad I did. read more

I'm coming out of my Yelp hibernation to write a review for my new dentist, so take that for what it's worth! I have a (probably irrational) fear of dental work, so I embarrassingly don't like to visit unless I absolutely have to. That's what led me to Dr. Conway's office this week. I had severe tooth pain that couldn't be ignored and I needed to be seen as soon as possible. After unsuccessfully connecting with one office I tried, I called Dr. Conway and Elizabeth was able to squeeze me in within the hour. Their website touted emergency visits and they truly will work to get you seen as soon as possible. The office is modern, clean, and there was ample parking. I gave Elizabeth a heads up when I was booking the appointment that I hate dental visits, and they all did a great job keeping my nerves at bay. Oscar the dental assistant was very friendly and reassuring and took care of my X-rays. Dr. Conway herself is incredibly warm, gentle and knowledgeable. She was able to diagnose what what going on and prescribe an effective course of action. I'm happy to be typing this up with a mouth that's now pain free. Much gratitude to Dr. Conway and her team! I'm thrilled to have found a dentist I am comfortable with. read more

Had my first visit here after too many years not going to a dentist. I was pretty nervous & had a wave of dread which usually looms around whenever i go to see any doctor. I had a hard time parking & was a tad late which didn't help either. Despite that, walking in, i was immediately greeted by reception- who were super warm & welcoming. The dental assistant, Oscar, was also very welcoming- a very funny dude who made me feel comfortable during the first part of my dental exam. Dr. Conway walked in super bright and friendly as well. Both were super funny during my cleaning, it was hard to keep my giggles in check. The Dr. gave me the rundown and I left really happy with my visit overall. I am beyond relieved that all went well on my first day back to the dentist & it was thanks to the charming and professional staff. read more

I just had a cavity filled in my molar at their newest location in Mira Mar. Dr Dinh and staff were awesome! They took before and after photos which I really appreciated. Seeing the cavity and then Dr. Dinh's work afterwards was great. I had no pain/discomfort during the entire procedure. I would recommend this place. read more

Found them thru my insurance website. Called in to confirm they accepted the type of insurance I had (which they did) and made an appointment as a new patient. Got scheduled 2 WEEKS after I called as I wanted a weekend appointment. Unfortunately a few days prior to my appointment I had to reschedule due to an emergency. They gave me about A MONTH wait from my original scheduled one. Understandable due to the circumstances. Day of my appointment 2 AND A HALF HOURS PRIOR to my appointment, they called to cancel! Why? They are unable to verify my insurance. The lady laughed and said you don't wanna pay out of pocket do you?! She is right, I certainly DONT want to pay out of pocket and MOST DEFINITELY don't want an appointment where they would cancel on you HOURS prior when they had at least a month to confirm my insurance!!! read more

Staff needs to get it together! I had a 10:30 appointment, they called and texted me 2 times to get me in at 10.00. upon my timely arrival and greetings I sat waiting, waiting and waiting. After about a half hour I asked what happened to my 10:00 appointment. I was told oh we're going to seat you shortly. Afterwards I was seated in a chair and waited more. Then a man came in, plugged in a computer and said I wasn't registered and engaged in Convo with the front desk staff. The staff stated this should have been done and the equipment set up then the exchange went from English to Spanish at which time the male staff started handling the mouth pieces with his bare unsanitized hands....the yuck factor kicked in and after 45 minutes of waiting I took the nearest exit out. As an African American woman I am trying to support my fellow sister however, no can do at this Bonita location. read more

Staff are very professional, courteous, polite and I was seen always on time for my appointment. The clinic uses latest technology.

I am not one to post to review, but I am also a person that has had some pretty bad experiences at the dentist until now. I was having some serious tooth, actually teeth pain and i was doing everything I could to avoid going to the dentist. A friend of mine recommended that I go to Graphite dental because she and her family have had a great experience with Dr. Conway and her staff. OMG, I'm so thankful!! All I can say is that I am so so happy that I did! Now I'm recommending this office to you. read more

5/5 for sure!!! I'm not one to write Yelp reviews let alone enjoy going to the dentist but Dr.Conway and her assistant Oscar made my visit today such at ease for me. I went in for my first dentist appointment in over 10 years! I know long overdue. Every employee made me feel right at home, from the very friendly and bubbly receptionist to the lighthearted and funny Dr. Conway and the dental assistant who I had a great conversation with as well! Still awaiting to get work done but I got great news and seems like a great fit already. The building was easy to find and it was very clean. read more

I've been overwhelmed with the idea of where to bring my kids for their dental care. I know so many people who were so traumatized by their early childhood dentist experiences that they are phobic about the dentist as adults. I didn't want that for mine. I finally took my 6 year old daughter to Dr. Conway because my panic (plus COVID) had led to me waiting to long and she had developed a cavity. Bad mom. Mea culpa. Mr. Oscar was our hygienist, and he was patient, kind, capable, and thorough. Dr. Conway is a breath of fresh air: She's friendly, knowledgeable, capable, and made my little girl feel safe. A bonus that she didn't try to push any "extras" on us to help pad her bottom line! Not the case with other dentists I've seen here in San Diego. I recommend her and her staff highly (front desk was warm, patient, and welcoming). Get in before her practice fills up, because it definitely will! read more
