Terrible food. Maximum 1 star. The meat is tasteless. Waste of money. The rating is inflated. You urgently need to change the cook. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly, but I wanted to eat and the food was disgusting. Dinner was ruined

Got the chicken wrap. Very good. And great value (especially in that area). I'll be back.

What a fantastic meal we had here!…read more Felt like Mediterranean so decided to check out this place. First of all service was absolutely phenomenal. They want to ensure that you're having a great food experience. As for the food everything hit it out of the park! The Cretan Feta was potentially the most tasty appetizer I've ever had in all my life. The pita that came with it was freshly made when we ordered it and it was so soft and tasty. The feta itself was whipped perfection! They recommended drizzling their olive oil on it and what a game changer that was! Side note: they make their own olive oil! Apparently you can buy it on Amazon but we took some home direct from the restaurant. Back to the food - had their lamb chops (that came with perfectly cooked potatoes and veggies) and their meatballs. Both were outstanding. Finished it off with their baklava which was the perfect consistency and level of sweetness. The perfect end to our night. This is a small cute and perfect place to go with your girlfriends or on a date. Plenty of street parking (and we went at 6pm on a Wednesday). Will absolutely come back for their breakfast! Apparently they do brunch on Saturdays and Sundays!

Koftegi gives off a cozy vibe, which was what I was seeking for a weekday dinner. I arrived at the…read morerestaurant at around 6:30 PM and was able to get seated right away; not a lot of parties at the time so we took our time figuring out what to eat. Their menu has a lot of photos, which helped picture what we would get. Sarma Beyti: This is largely the reason why we came to the restaurant. My girlfriend tried this dish at another restaurant years ago and wanted to try it again; while it was my first time having it. I was truly blown away with the combination of spices, tomato, and ground beef all packed together. This also came with a salad which was seasoned but leaned to a more sour taste profile. Kebab Plate: Kebab came with hummus and for the side, I decided to get some french fries. Another great dish to alternate between with the Sarma Beyti. Noteworthy to mention that Pita Bread was included, but I couldn't remember from which dish. It was great to pair with everything else! Kunafa: This was our dessert pick to wrap up the night. The server mentioned it would take about 15 minutes to make and we were good with it. Once it came out, I was impressed with how it looked. It was cheesy and not too sweet. They also gave extra syrup on the side as well. Overall, it was a very positive dining experience throughout. As the night grew, there were more parties that showed up, which added some strain to the staff. It was apparent as the server kept apologizing for their slower service, but I had completely understood. With the level of freshness from the food, you could tell everything was crafted with attention. American Express is accepted here.

We had a reservation, so it would have been fine anyway. The menu is super simple in the sense that it's not very descriptive and doesn't have a lot of words, but the servers are very nice and helpful. For example, I told the server that I had dietary restrictions, and I told them what they were. He took my menu and marked it up with what I could and could not eat and what could be turned vegan for me, which was super helpful. The food was also really good. My favorite dish was actually the crispy potatoes. I didn't expect the level of flavor that came on them. The cabbage was good as well. I've never had cabbage layered with flavor and infused with herbs like that, so that was cool. I've also never had crispy rice, so that was a good experience. We had ours without the egg yolk in it. The fish, which is listed as a yellowtail, was pretty good. The cauliflower was one of my favorites, along with the potatoes, and I like the olives. It was a nice touch as a quick appetizer while you wait for your food. The service was just really good. They were very accommodating and very patient, and the restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are clean as well, so I would definitely come back here. I thought the vibe was welcoming and nice, and the quality of the food was delicious.

My favorite thing on the menu is the crispy rice. My only qualm is that they charge what they do simply because they can. I've accepted that the food and the prices don't match when I decide to go here. A $36 cabbage steak and a $24.00 artichoke feel hard to justify (the best wood-grilled artichoke is up the street for $15.00 at Little Dom's). I also frequent Kismet Rotisserie next door, which makes the pricing even more noticeable. My second favorite dish here is the braised half chicken leg, $36.00. It's delicious, but on my last visit I couldn't help thinking that I could walk 20 feet next door and get a whole chicken from the same people for $29.50. I think for $36.00 it should at least be half chicken and more lima-beans or something. That said, it's still a super cute spot for date night, dinner with friends, or even dining solo. I definitely recommend it, just go in knowing the prices are a little audacious.

We went on a Sunday at 5.15pm and was seated by the chef counter area. It was only 2 of us so I wanted to make sure we ordered enough food but not too too much. Reading through the reviews, I ended up ordering the hummus duck nduja, oyster mushroom kebab, grilled prawn, and the lamb neck shawarma. First of all this restaurant seems more on the fancier side, but I appreciate that the vibe is still pretty casual and not pretentious. Even when serving the dishes, the server told us that some dishes are recommended to be enjoyed by hands. I really enjoyed the service. They served the plates in a pretty good pace, so I had plenty of time to enjoy each of them. First was the hummus duck nduja that was served with 2 bread that were freshly made. The bread was so fluffy and it went really well with the hummus. Very good appetizer. Second was the mushroom kebab. This might be my favorite plate of all. It really tasted like something else other than mushroom. It's that good. It has nice texture and flavor. Third was the grilled prawn and this one was recommended to be enjoyed by hands. It can be quite messy, but oh man it's so flavorful. I kinda wish it came with rice haha cos it's pretty rich. Very yummy. The cucumber salad that came with it was refreshing as well. The last but not least was the lamb neck shawarma. It's so so good and falls off the bone. My bf said this was his favorite. It came with bread, although again I kinda wish it came with rice! Haha but that's just cos I'm more of a rice girly. I was already full so we take it to go. Everything was so delicious and service was great. Definitely will come back again to try other dishes. Parking was difficult so we ended up using vallet for $15. Edit to add: we just enjoyed the leftover lamb the night after, and OMG it's soooooo good! I didn't do justice on my review at the restaurant cos I was already full by the time they served the lamb. Will definitely be dreaming of that lamb now..
